Reply to Mr Thakurs erroneous comments. Firstly we based our decision on your wifes comment regarding her loosing her full time job and not having any employment. We follow the guidelines set out by the Department of Education which states that priority be given to full time working parents or children in crisis. Hence we informed you of our decision and gave your daughter the required 1 day per week of subsidised care for which you are legally entitled to. At no point in the entire time we cared for your daughter did you have any complaints or problems with care in fact your wife stating how you were so happy with the educators and how your daughter loved coming to the centre daily and she could see the wonderful way your daughter was cared for. Your wife stated this as fact to me even after we made the decision as per Departmental directive to give you one day of care. How the comments change when something like this happens. If you are not working you do not qualify for full time care and you are legally required to update this status to Centrelink and not continue to harass me stating that l need to do this and that for you as you still have 100 hours and how dare l make this decision and l have no right to make this decision and how l should never have made this decision. We dont make the rules and it becomes then difficult to explain to you why you then have to repay hundreds of dollars in subsidy to Centrelink if you do not have a full time position you would then be yelling stating why we didnt inform you as your wife did to us with her experience at the previous childcare centre your child attended.
Fair is fair. The rules apply to everyone. As for your bond being returned you may like to speak with your wife before making accusations of no bond being returned as l am still waiting on her to return my messages after she was issued the exit statement and informed me she had received it and would check it over and let me know. I still have not received any reply and therefore cannot issue the balance of the bond. If monies are owed bonds are not returned its as simple as that. I am saddened that you felt it necessary to bad mouth the centre in this way given the care and attention your family including your son recently have received. If you were unhappy would you have placed your son into care recently. I think not. In any case we wish you everything you and your family deserve. Hoping your children can find a centre with the same level of care and education based on your circumstances and that you do the right thing and inform Centrelink of your change in circumstances.

Absolutely wonderful child care and preschool centre also offers after school care. It is evident that the childcare workers really love working there. My daughter loves attending. They follow the new ELF FRAMEWORK. This centre is highly recommended
