Went to get a hair cut today at their George St store. The hairdresser skill need heaps of improvement, not only she was rude and did not do as I request and it end up my hair is not at the same length, and now I will have to go to another hairdresser to fix her mistake. Will never ever go there again for haircut.

It is a high-qualified Koren hair salon and the hairdressers there really cut your hair fast but with good styles, also the price is cheap and worthy.

I can see how communication could be a problem but I think I got the senior stylist / manager because her English was great. I guess it just depends on who you get?
I just walked in and she was free and we discussed hairstyles and she was quick, efficient, knowledgable and competent.
I honestly wasn't expecting much due to the reviews I've read but the stylist I got was great and funny joking about having white hairs. I was done in like 30 minutes and it was a lot cheaper than it would be elsewhere. I don't remember exactly but i think it was 35 including a hair wash.

Had a colour and fringe cut yesterday. I asked for a dark brown but they gave me the darkest of black; she left the dye on for too long as she was serving other clients. The cut was not ideal as well. However, I believe it was merely a communication problem. Their service is great and I can tell they have skills.

I like to come hear for a trim or cut when I'm not too bothered with getting an exact style which I want because it is quite difficult to communicate with the hairdressers who do not understand much English. However they do a very good job and prices are very affordable so I will always revisit.

These people are great even for guys! As with what most of the reviewers have been saying, English isn't the spoken language for most stylists, but they understand enough to get you the style they want. Very good and professional.

Most of the hairdressers do not speak English but overall they are great hairdressers who provide a good quality of hairdressing service. Their cheap price is the reason I keep coming back here.

I've been using these hairdressers on and off for about 3 years. They are mainly Korean and don't speak much English, so it's good for when you just want a trim or are not too fussed on getting an exact style. They do a great job, often including straightening if you want it with the blowdry. It's a funky, busy atmosphere. And really well-priced (like $33 for a ladies cut and blowdry!).

The stylist there know exactly what you want and provide quick and professional advice and service. I would recommend to anyone as price is cheap with such quality service.
