I went for my first time last night and it was fantastic! Felt great afterwards and enjoyed the class. Will certainly be continuing. Kim was really friendly. I joined the class in Cockburn Central but there are also classes in South Freo. I am 24 weeks pregnant and Kim just adjusted the moves to suit me whilst the others did the 'non-pregnant' moves/poses. Class size at Cockburn central was nice and small so I didn't feel self conscious at all (being a first timer)
