Amazing, personal service. My partner picked my engagement ring with the help of Kim and it's perfect. I then had to have the ring resized and I loved that Kim not only remembered my partner, but had obviously asked him about me and remembered all of that as well. We felt welcomed and appreciated as customers which I've certainly never experienced at any of the major chains. We will be returning soon for our wedding rings.
