Tried to get 2 packs of medications with reasons but was told the second packet will be at full cost despite being on concession. The pharmacy assistant said in Vietnamese but the equal translation is ‘we don’t eat for free here’. Absolutely demeaning and unprofessional. If you don’t want to, you can just kindly say no. Also the second packet being full price is wrong information - at most it’ll be no $1 discount to the pbs price if the pharmacy offers it in the first place. But instead you said it’ll be at the private (full) price. I want to pay for the medication at the correct price… I didn’t ask it to be for free… Also 2 pharmacy assistants and a pharmacist against 1 patient is unfair. Overall, unpleasant experience. Have been to this pharmacy before but now I question the knowledge and service.

this chemist is the one i go to after my consultation with the doctor- which is next door, they are family. so it is quick and easy, since service is speedy too. You can also get fit packets there too- quick and discretely.

Ask for Kim when she's in - it's just nice being able to deal directly with the store owner. Otherwise, all the other ladies working there are just as friendly. The store is always buzzing - filled with workers, buyers and a very friendly chatter.

I don't come as often anymore because I have moved and have my own local chemist now but I've been coming here for over 15 years. Their prices are competitive so you know you're getting a good deal when you get your medicine here.

They are also very helpful with the asthma puffer machines - helps set-up and helps repair them if needed.

What I really don't like it its location. It's in the prime area of Cabramatta so finding a parking spot (even just for 5 minutes to pick up my prescription) is very tiring. Gets me so worked up.
