Honestly, they may have beautiful dresses but their store policies are just very nasty. They do not accept a refund for faulty product, and only do store credit. However their store credit can only be used in full price items. Explanations were different from their website which clearly stated you can use it on some promotion, however there is never "some promotion" accepts their store credit.
Double standards: they have any rights to cancel a successful transaction, however customers do not have any choice once you paid your money into their account.

The girls in the shop are fantastic. Good old customer service. It's rare and nice to find. The clothes are simply Beautiful.

Will you be reimbursing me for the cost to send the sunglasses back to you as I don't live in Queensland? I have already be advised by your support people that I will need to pay for them to be sent back by secure post requesting a signature upon deliver which I don't see why I should do this. I am more than happy to send them back if you are happy to cover the cost.

I was received my order from KDM yesterday and decided to leave a review about how much I loved the packaging (it's adorable) and the items.. but after reading through the reviews below I'm not sure why ZipPay is getting such a bad wrap? KDM offer this so that you have the option of getting luxury clothes on a payment plan? All the T&Cs are outlined for you regarding $5 monthly fees. I have used ZipPay at various other retailers and never had an issue with making payments. Log into your online account and keep up with your payments and you've got a bloody good deal! I'm so awful at saving, but I can pay things off very easily, now I get to have all the luxury clothes I have been dreaming of :)

If you feel you've been screwed over by ZipPay and can't afford your payments that is NOT Kittens fault, that is yours because you can't manage your finances.

Also, I don't work for the company, I live in Melbourne and buy online - am yet to have a bad experience with KDM, or ZipPay for that matter..

Great in store experience. I could see the store was crazy busy, but all the staff made sure they took the time to engage with me and have a lovely chat about the store and what was new.
I only purchased a pair of sunglasses today, but after the lovely service I received I will be back for a dress very soon!

The sunglasses also came with a free gift in the case, a polka dot scarf. It was a fun extra!

I signed up to zippy and have bought several outfits this way/ Compared to credit card interest zippy is a bargain. Minimum payment per month is $40 which comes off your balance plus $5 service charge so $600 purchase would take 15 payments and cost just $75 that's a lot less than a credit card @23% per month plus charges Soo I don't know what school of maths the first poster went too. Anyway if you don't want those charges at all pay it off earlier which is what I did. Added to which the dresses are gorgeous and will last forever. Love KDM

I love Kitten! The clothes are very unique and all the staff are really nice and helpful! I shop there all the time, it's my new favorite shop! You can also buy all the clothes and then pay later with their ZIP option... The best!!!

Customers should not be suckered into paying for their goods by Zippay. Contrary to their hard selling techniques claiming 'no interest and charges', the scheme charges you $5 per month until the entire balance is paid off. Their clothes are expensive and that's why they need people who aren't loaded to sign up to this scheme and pay off the clothes at $10/week. With the promise of no charges, I also got hassled into buying more clothes. Beware, only buy the clothes if you can afford them with your own money.

I now only use ZIPPAY to buy clothes from Kitten and think the staff have been lovely in explaining ZIPPAY to me. It always shows by when you need to pay it all, think it's between 1-2 months, but if you need longer, you only pay $5 a month which is nothing considering! I also don't think Kitten clothes are expensive, you pay for unique clothing that are great quality.

Dear anonymous. Since you didn't attach your name to the review, how does anyone reading this email know if are really a client and not an employee of Kitten d'Amour? Zippay is not ideal for me and if the staff at the Chatswood store hadn't lied to me about being NO CHARGES, then I wouldn't have signed up and bought the clothes because I couldn't afford them. I don't think that $5 a month is a good deal at all. This means that by the time the clothes are paid off, I would have accrued more than $200 in charges. That is some interest rate, amounting to a third of cost of my purchases. I can't pay the whole balance off because I bought a lot of items I couldn't afford after being told the scheme is the same as lay-by but you get to take the items home right away and pay them off at only $10 a week with no interest or charges. The sales assistants were aggressively signing people up by telling everyone in the store that there were no charges and pushing people to buy more clothes. You may have a good experience, but that didn't happen to me and I bet there are alot of other Chatswood customers who are getting a nasty surprise about now as well.
