My partner and I took our car in to get fixed. We only had a certain amount we could spend and they said they would work around it. They did a great job and made us feel very welcome considering they wouldn't have made much profit with us.

Some years ago I took my magna in for servicing and the staff told me it was a waste of money as the car was not worth the cost of servicing it! I was very impressed with their honesty. The car died a natural death shortly thereafter and I put the money I saved at Kmart Tyre and Auto Service towards the cost of another vehicle.

I did not get ripped off, so that is vital for me. I asked for a specific service and got exactly what I asked for, the quote was correct, and the payment did not exceed the quote. They will ring if there are issues that need attending to, and they let me know that my brakes needed attending to shortly.
Easy to talk to these guys.

Very Friendly, easy to get in for service and great value for money for general servicing. My only gripe which I found disappointing was didn't do a major service as I requested as my car was an import (delica) and didn't want to do it, told me to go to mitsubishi instead. So just beware if u have an import.

These guys did a great job on my car. I had always used the dealership mechanics but they had found no solution for a continuing concern. The Kmart guys found the problem quickly (it was major) and explained in lay-womans terms what was wrong and what had to be done. It is all fixed, I am happy and my car is healthy. I will be returning to them.
