I came to Kmart for a roadworthy quote after the one I received at a nearby dealership seemed obscenely expensive. I was in a bit of a rush to get it all sorted and Kmart were really accommodating and ending up giving me a quote that was around $500 cheaper than the one I had received previously.

The service wasn't as prompt as I would have liked but that's because they had to wait for a part to come in, so that was through no fault of their own. They were great at following up with me and explaining things clearly. I'll know to come to them next time I need something done with my car (hopefully not for a while!).

This is the place I usually go to for my servicing. One of the cheapest places in Brisbane to get a roadworthy, and they don't pick on stupid things for older cars. Easy going group of guys, happy to answer questions and give advice.

As far as mechanics go, these guys are pretty honest - they do have the kmart brand backing them so even if they're dodgey, they can't be dodgey dodgey.

Good at explaining the differences between tyre tred and brands. Costs are competitive and affordable. Great service, quick time, friendly staff. Recommend to go there for new tyres for all motor vehicles

There could be better communication - the staff don't always call back when they say they will and I always have to do alot of chasing up. Having said that this place is VERY busy. A car dropped off may have to wait 2-3 days before being fixed. The service is polite and the staff are understanding and emphathetic. If the speed was improved it would be much better.
