This is by far the best Koko Black store I have been to. It is such good value considering the quality of food that is served. My favourite thing on the menu is the Raspberry Molleux. The staff are attentive and willing to serve and there is next to no wait time for food to be served. This place is definitely worth a visit when you are next on Lygon St.

Approximate cost: $12

WOW! A sure way to pile on winter warming kilos for sure! This place is da bomb and really is worth a visit! Their belgian spoil for two is worth the $20 something dollars as you definitely get your chocolate fix! The individual chocolates are so good you don't think twice about spending $2 per choc! I without fail get a koko black hot chocolate with cinnamon or hazelnut! Its like drinking a dream! Time to pay them a visit i think...

if you are a chocolate lover, this is the place to be. but for me, i find that their hot chocolate is just average. maybe next time should try their selection of chocolates

I absolutely love Koko Black in Carlton. The best thing for me is the chocolate milkshakes there - the iced one is the best. The little chocolates are really nice as well.

had a quick visit here with some friends a couple of weeks ago, i found it quite pricey (especially after dinner we thought we'd spend 15 dollars tops for a coffee and cake) but oh man the service was exceptional! loved the staff! great ambience inside and out too :D

Approximate cost: $20

It has a good name, the quality of coco is ok. We went here for a birthday and i was reluctant to go as i've been here before. The chocolate is grossly rich and if you have a little too much your going to be very sick. I suggest to only purchase one or two pieces in the showcase. Don't go in and get anything from the menu, its exagerated, costly and you walk out feeling grossed out, get home and spend most the night on the toilet and be dissapointed you payed $50 to get sick. Just get something small. Spend $5 and thats plenty.

Approximate cost: $35

this is a great little place to call into after having dinner in Lygon Street. Its set right in the middle of the restaurant area so you can still soak up the atmosphere. Their hot chocolate is to die for. If I have to say anything negative it is that it can be a little expensive if you've got the family with you.

absolute divine handmade chocolates! beautiful gift ideas of boxed chocolates

the cafe also serves beautifully prepared chocolate based desserts .. they are not cheap but its something to truly enjoy something special every now and again.

prices are slightly higher, but worth it as its top quality!

This is a great little place to go after a good dinner. They have an upstairs lounge type area with table service where you can choose from a selection of desserts - obviously most are chocolate based. The menu is seasonal so changes. The dessert was a bit expensive but I got the plate of selected bites and took home the ones I couldn't eat. A fantastic deal in the end.

Approximate cost: $10 - 16.00

LOVE THIS PLACE! the Chocolate Moose is the best in Melbourne, good coffee too, the individual chocolates are a must have to take away afterwards. Child's choice: the selection of chocolate mini muffin, chocolate icecream and chocolate teddybear all on a small platter, YUM. Small area downstairs, but there is a big area upstairs, classy, a favorite for anything chocolate, great for dropping in after events in the city. Staff are nice, and really know chocolate, atmosphere is refined, but child friendly.

Approximate cost: $WHO CARES!
