Came for breakfast stayed for the hot chocolates. lovely little cafe with delicious breakfast choices to suit sweet or savoury. Their hot chocolates are divine with high quality ingredients that stand out

My poached eggs were under cooked, the toast was very hard to chew, and the table wasn't clean. The only saving grace was the tasty coffee - so needless to say, I probably won't go back for breakfast, but takeaway coffee is on the table

Yummy hot chocolate, but not sure I prefer chocolaty coffee. Would certainly go back for hot chocolate though.

Staff are incredibly nice, and extremely knowledgeable about every chocolate on the menu. All of the hot and cold drinks that I've had here (quite a few) are just scrumptious. A bit on the expensive side, which is worth it

I am a big CHOCOLATE fan of this place. The quality of chocolates is amazing and the service is great only thing is they could improve of making their in house service a little faster.

Love the chocolates and coffee , so when i visit always make time for a coffee as the staff are very friendly and relaxing seating to enjoy a bit of indulgence. My friend can never visit and not have the Florentines and coffee.

always passed this place but only tried recently. they have wonderful chocolates and a salon menu to try their drinks. Their hot chocolate is really good and worth a try. I will be back for sure to try the other drinks.

If you want to buy a gift for someone and they love their chocolate this is definitely the place to go. Premium chocolate that tastes amazing, if you don't live in Melbourne you can also get it shipped to anywhere in Australia for about $10 which I did once.

Delicious, delectable, delightful. We went there for dessert with our daughter and she chose the Belgian Spoil for us to share $14. It had a decadent chocolate mud cake with gold leaf; 2 chocolate pralines; a hazelnut chocolate biscuit; chocolate mousse and chocolate ice cream and all beautifully presented. Naturally they described it so much better than I have. They have a selection of tea leaves served in china tea pots; my husband enjoyed his coffee. We would easily return.

Koko Black has excellent hot chocolates that are perfect for cold Melbourne days. Their chocolates are amazing. The shop is a relaxing place to be. The shop looks great.

Koko black has the most amazing iced chocolate!
They also make their own chocolate ice-cream which is sooo yummy.
Service is pretty good too but the shop is kind of small so if you have a stroller or pram you may have trouble.

LOVE IT!! KoKo Black is an amazing chocolate shop. Not only is it a shop it is also a cafe. They have hot chocolates, mousse, cakes and even chocolate lollipops. The only problem is i live in Newcastle and the closest is Canberra then Melbourne. They need more shops!!!
