I rang Kon on a Monday afternoon regarding a faulty lock and he came out first thing Tuesday morning. He managed to repair the lock rather than replace it, saving me a bit of money. He also managed to (very quickly) fix a few other door and lock related problems which I had been begrudgingly living with which has saved me a few headaches. He was professional and courteous and turned up when he said he would (which is a rare trait these days!) and I felt his price was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend him.

Kon came out to fit a dead lock but also pointed out that our security screen door handle was faulty and also that the other lock in the main door needed replacing as well. He fitted new locks and made them so they all took the same key which makes it easier. Also made keys for an existing lock that we didn't have a key for. Kon arrived on time, was very friendly and made suggestions based on his experience that I wouldn't have thought of.

I called Kon eventhough my suburb is not listed in his website because of great reviews in womo.. he's a great guy, fair price, quick and efficient~ even do some extra job, such as some adjustment so that my old door work smoother.. defenitely will call him again and recommend him to friend/family..

Before we moved in to our new place, we called upon Kon to install new locks and new door knobs. He was very professional, and punctual (he was early in fact!) and cleaned up after himself.

We then asked if he installed lockable window winders as we noticed our 2 year old could open the windows all the way (from the second floor!) So as a parent I wanted these installed for safety reasons. Kon was on the phone to his supplier that very day, and installed the lockable window winders throughout the whole second floor practically the next day before we moved in. Fantastic!

Excellent! Kon was punctual, polite, professional, an excellent communicator, and repaired our lock effectively and efficiently.

Amazing! I didn't know that like locks could work so smoothly! I needed the locks changed today. Rang all the big names first but they were too busy and expensive. Then I found kon the locksmith. He had stuff on but made time for me anyway. In under an hour, my locks were changed. He was professional, efficient, and best of all, 30% cheaper than other quotes.

Needed to get some locks for my windows. Got 3 quotes. When I rang Kon was very friendly and showed an effort to win the business. He arranged a time and called when he was delayed at an emergency call. I really appreciate the effort. He came and did the job in a short time and everything is working as it should. I contacted Kon on the Saturday and explained my front gate needed a lock, he immediately asked me to take photos with my phone and send them through to him. He shortly rang me back to say it was possible to install a key lock and to google the 001 Lockwood to see if I was happy to have that installed. I mentioned that the only difficulty would be that it was on a slight angle which other locksmiths said may be quite difficult. After taking more photos to demonstrate the angle as he requested Kon called back to say it wouldn't be a problem and to see if he could come over Monday or Tuesday.

Around lunchtime he rang to say he was able to come over that Saturday afternoon to install it as it would be cooler to my delight I accepted and he was over in a couple of hours with the lock and tools. It didn't take very long to install it and he mentioned I could later on have this wired to an intercom and have the gate opened from inside the house. I appreciated the advice and found Kon very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me the different ways to operate the gate lock and even gave me a couple of extra keys.

I'd definitely ring him in future for any other locksmith work I need and would recommend him.

Kon repaired four existing window locks and realigned my front door as the lock was not closing without having to lift the door slightly in Oder to lock it. Everything is now working perfectly and most of all getting the bill at the end was a big surprise as I expected to be charged double the amount. Great service!!!
