We have a stunning kitchen and a great laundry. During the project we had to go overseas for work and gave our home keys to Koncepts while we were away. This was something I was worried about not being home to see what was taking place through the stages of the renovations. Koncepts kept emailing me pictures and always stayed in contact through Skype. They took all the worry away. If you are looking to get your bathroom renovated, I highly recommend the guys at Koncepts. They helped my wife and I to select high quality products like Hansgrohe mixers, Duravit toilet and basin which only cost us a little more than products made in China. Christian will personally guide you through from quotation to completion. I was very surprised that the director of the business actually gets down and dirty on the job and didn't just sit in the showroom and contract the job out. The plumber Trent explains everything to you, Heath the electrician and Danny the supervisor are all just fantastic. Thank you so much for the great bathroom I have now at my investment property. I would advise anyone contemplating using this company for their bathroom renovation to think again. We had a fixed deadline which Koncepts were made aware of from the start and yet the job still ran 2 weeks over, 8 weeks if you include the time it took to get the shower screen that was installed incorrectly replaced, finally threatening to take the matter to the Dept of Fair Trading before it was done. Additionally, the communication was appalling: not turning up or turning up late and failing to return calls or respond to texts and emails. The final job turned out OK, it has to be said, but that was due to some quality tradesmen that were sub-contracted and due to our insisting on work being redone or fixed where necessary. We had the vanity made elsewhere as we just didn't think Koncepts was capable of a quality job, and as it turned out, they weren't even capable of installing it correctly. The project management and quality control aspect that Koncepts was being paid for was poor to say the least. Based on our overall experience which was stressful, frustrating and generally unsatisfactory, we could not recommend.

My wife and I were doing researches and read a lot reviews. Eventually we decided to go with Koncepts for our kitchen renovation. We are absolutely happy with our new kitchen. It is an open kitchen with a bar, in a modern design. The ideas ans solutions they had were very good, the renovation was done quickly. We will sure recommend Koncepts to our friends.
