Amazing salon! I'm so over the moon with my hair cut! Highly recommend for fantastic service!!!

I have been going to Kristy since she was a 17 year old young hairdresser. Even then she was a standout & over 15 years later I am still going to her to get my hair done. She did my hair for my wedding & went of her way to make my day beautiful. Even coming to my mother's place which is way out of Melbourne to do my hair for the day. She & her team are professional & do an outstanding job. She had put up with me through my baby blues & middle age grumpy old woman syndrome! Would not go anywhere else! Great girl, great hairdresser & great environment to get your hair done.

I've been getting my hair done since they opened and I'd never go anywhere else the staff are incredible I give tahleaha total control of my hair we've experimented with different colours and styles and I've loved it every time I always feel pampered when I go here and tahleaha and Kirsty who own the business are really hands on and you see how we'll they treat everyone including their staff which is great

I love koto hair the owners Kristy and tahleaha are such lovely girls and the have hired such lovely staff I live in south Morang and travel 50+ minutes but it is so worth it they alway make me feel special and I walk out feeling a million bucks I love the colour they recommended is the best I've ever had and great styling I can't talk the salon up enough if u are looking for a fantastic salon with lovely experienced staff go to them they r amazing

I have been having my hair done by Tahleah for years, as I was a previous client of hers from another salon (before setting up Koto). I can always trust that she can give me my cut and colour to my liking. While it isn't the cheapest place to have your hair done, it is good value because I never walk out feeling that I wasted my money on a bad cut/colour. I would recommend.

Wow - I went to Koto Hair just before my wedding. I had a terrible experience at another salon and came into Koto the week of my wedding with disastrous hair. Kristy and Tahleaha were absolutely amazing, they were able to fix my colour, give me a new cut and style. I went back to them a few days after to get my hair-up done for my wedding. Both girls were amazing and were really understanding of my urgency. The whole team at Koto looked after me and made me feel really welcome and special for my day. They clearly are very knowledgeable when it comes to hair. I will ALWAYS go to Koto Hair from now on and recommend everyone I know to go there as well.

I went there as a suggestion from my friend who swears by Kristy the owner. I didn't make an appointment with Kristy which could be why I was disappointed in the overall experience. A colour and cut cost me $140. I asked for a brightish purpleish colour and my hair looks dark brown with purple roots. The cut looks ok so far, nothing special though and she said she didn't need to take too much off my ends as they weren't too bad but I think she needed to take more off. The one good point is she styled my hair beautifully afterwards making me feel like a million bucks. Overall, I like the colour but I don't feel it's what I asked for.
