When they were cutting my cuticals on my feet they started to bleed they said it would be ok but then got infected

I've been coming to this nail salon for nearly 12 months after a friend told me how wonderful they were! Have completely stopped going to my original salon as I am now a loyal regular with these ladies. They always greet me by name and I always have a good chat with the ladies. I have never had an issue - no nicking or ever leaving upset. Their attention to detail is superior to many salons and they're always willing to try new things on your nails! They always fit me in and even though sometimes you may have to wait as many walk ins are still taken the end result is always worth it! Great range of colours available and they do an amazing job with SNS! Currently if you book a day in advance you'll receive 10% off nails and waxing! Which is a great deal! Special mention to Lisa for always going above and beyond with my nails!

This place is amazing! I've been going here for over 2 years. The service is phenomenal. The staff is friendly. They greet you by name, when you walk in the door. I never have to wait. They even take me as a walk in. They have every nail color made. They also have a variety of shellac colors. Now let's get to the best part. You can relax and have your nails or pedicure done, while relaxing with the music. So it is worth the stop.

I've been going to this beauty parlor for years to get my pedicures. They are so fast, efficient, super cheap & top quality. The polish lasts for weeks, the neatness and attention to detail is excellent. (Huge selection of nail polish.) I've told all my friends about the place. While it's true they sometimes make you wait and take in all walk-in's I'm more than happy to wait a few minutes if I have to for exceptional work. I've tried a few of these little nail bar shops and often found them sloppy & rushing you out the door with a poor job. Not here!!

Be wary, these people cannot say no to clients even when they are extremely busy. The result is that they are now rushing to meet demand and I was recently cut very badly on the foot during a pedicure. Because I rushed off to the doctor my daughter had to leave without her pedicure or nails being completed, but they still charged her! I couldn't believe it. No follow up from management even though they had my mobile number. Just not good enough!

I was a drop in for a manicure & pedicure and they fitted me in. I've had a million of these and this was very close to the best in terms of neatness of the clipping, edges etc. They didn't nick me or do anything uncomfortable. The nail polish application was excellent. They don't say much throughout but that suits me just fine!

I have been here four times now for a manicure and each time have found the staff relaxed but highly professional. I enjoy the luxury of a hand and forearm massage which is included in the cost of a manicure. The ambiance is low key but the willingness to offer a superior service and follow through is valuable. I took a friend from Norway here and she rated it very highly

Needing a little girl time after preparations for a trip away I was blown away by the value, kindness and quality of my experience at La Long Mi Nails and Lashes! Will definitely be heading back when I return from o/s. Thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable experience.
