We love the food here and it has become a favourite place to visit for special occasions. The selection of Tapas dishes is well worth trying out - favourite being the octopus! Service is usually fast and friendly here. Just remember to book ahead for busier times otherwise there can be quite a wait for a table.

Best pizza in Sydney. I used to work at Maroubra and had clients that would travel to Bankstown to eat at la piazza on the weekends which I used to think was odd. That was until I moved closer and got to try the pizza for myself. I'm always impressed and it last nice to have such great quality food.

Loved their pizzas. One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. the only downfall is that it gets a little crowded sometimes, but the large crowd also shows that their yummy food is attracting lots of customers.

It's hard to describe La Piazza, it's a little camp, a little OTT, and a little brilliant. The entire place is done up like an Italian village (complete with pretend laundry hanging out on pretend balconies!)

I finally went here with my mum and husband after seeing the photography on their website. We ate from their Stuzzichino tapas menu, and the food really was excellent. The Bianchetti Fritti (battered, tiny little WHOLE fish) were a little creepy, but it was a really generous serving, and the stuffed olives were amazing. The arancini/risotto balls in particular were wonderful. The price was decent given the servings really were fit to share amongst a table, and we had a wonderful evening the slightly crazy, fun atomsphere. The place is HUGE!

Fantastic place to go with the family, and the food is excellent every single time! The pizzas are fresh and full of flavour, and the service is lovely, it does get a little loud at times, but who cares really when the food is so good?!

Fantastic food! We love taking our 4 year old son to watch the friendly young staff make his pizza! While most of the time you need to wait for a table it is well worth it. Would love to see some type of play area for children in the club where parents can have their meal and watch their kids at the same time. The quality of the food here is exceptional and I love being able to see my meal as its prepared.

It was absolutely fantastic- I truly felt as though I was eating a meal in Italy! The Ravioli and Verdi Pizza have to be my two favourite dishes on the menu. With generous portions and extravagant toppings I'll happily return :)

I can't recall having any issues. The environment was great, the food was delicious and there's a heap of people always going there. Might be best to book in advance though.

Cannot fault the food, service or surroundings here. The standard is always very high, food comes out fast and is good value. Be sure to get there early with groups as it can get packed out, especially on weekends. Leave room for dessert!

Absolutely fantastic! Bankstown sports has outdone themselves with this restaurant. The decor is fantastic and you feel like your in tuscany as you sit and enjoy the italian tapas. The service is also great, with very friendly and helpful waitstaff. Definitely a local favourite!
