Very inexpensive and well-equipped facility. Great friendly people working there. Very inclusive for all types of people. A great range of gym and sport fitness activities all within the centre. Some could do with some improvement and modernising to make it more current and inviting but being a community facility it is well worth what you pay for.

I have a yearly membership with this Gym and I love it! The equipment is well kept and the staff are really friendly and encouraging. I have worked with the personal trainers who were highly help full at motivating me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This gym has recently undergone a total refurbishment with state of the art equipment. If you join as a member it gives you access to the gym as well as all classes. They have pilates, step, pump, spin and all the usual classes but the instructors are friendly and they are a nice mix of people who go there.
