I have been a happy Citroen owner for four years and have been happy with the purchasing experience and service from Lance Dixon, Doncaster. a few weeks ago I went in there to get a trade in valuation for a new C4. A young chap was very helpful but had to get help from some of the senior staff members who were very rude and unhelpful. During our test drive, my car was being valued. Upon our return, the rudeness was still there and I was given a feeble trade in value, which I rejected. I subsequently went to four other motor car dealers who gave me higher trade in values. Eventually I was offered $4000 more for my car by a Renault dealer. I'm angry and cannot understand how the dealership expects to promote their great products with losy trade ins and rude staff
