I have always been a big fan of Toyota, but not any more after dealing with this Waverley Toyota agency. Rude and Arrogant, not going there again or will not recommend anyone to go their for sales or servicing.

Bought a Kluger from Lane Toyota about 2 months ago. Went to quite a few different Toyota dealers before buying from them. Although they were not the lowest in price but we ended up buying from them anyway. Andrew, the sales person was very friendly and helpful. We felt that he deserves the sales over the dealership in Dandenong although the one at Dandenong offered a lower price but made us felt like it was a hassle for them to sell us a car. LOL.

When were looking to buy a new Prado, we visited many Toyota dealers, and found that Lane Toyota gave us the best deal, and also the best follow up service. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Went in to look for a Used Car and found the one I wanted at a decent price. The sales person who looked after me was pretty good but everything else was disappointing.

The finance package they offered was not very good. They tried to get me to sign and at first I said to go ahead, but after shopping around it was obvious that the finance package was way overpriced. Got a much better deal from a bank.

Then when I picked the car up, there was no spare key and the remote was not working. Went back to ask for the spare key and s directed to a different sales person as the one who sold me the car was away. When I asked for a spare key the curt response was "If you want a full set of keys, you should buy a new car". What a jerk!

Ended up paying for another set of keys. If you go there, make sure the cars come with a full set of keys!
