absolutely love the butter chicken here!! such a filling meal , with a very decent serving for a takeaway and at such a great price too! the staff were very friendly. shop was very clean and tidy definately recommend to try.

Butter chicken is amazing! Staff are very friendly, ingredients always seem fresh, and the meal sizing and pricing is good, if your wanting to try or love Indian food I recommend you give them a visit

Have only gotten takeaway before, but would love to have a sit down meal here, food is always very tasty and full of flavour pricing is good, my fave is the butter chicken, chicken kuma, saffron rice, and the garlic naan, staff are friendly,

have enjoyed both the dine in and takeaway options at Lara Indian Restaurant. This is one of the leading eateries in Lara with food full of flavour! this restaurant is a great asset to Lara. I highly recommend the butter chicken and rice.. My fave dish! The staff are always friendly and in my experience can answer any questions you have about the dishes. The seats are comfy and the atmosphere is quiet but good. Takeaway can sometimes have a bit of a wait but this is to be expected.

This place is a more formal addition to the existing Lara sporting club and the good old Lara pub.
What's more, it is a very good experience and the customer service is quite good.
However, when I last walked past the informal Indian take away shop which is just a little bit older than here I felt sorry for them as it looks like most people who want to dine in will just come here and there is already a take away Thai food shop and 6 other pizza and fish & chip shops already very well established here in Lara.
Overall I thought it was spectacular, and I would recommend it to any locals and beyond.

Best customer service i have gotten in a long time!!
Yummy indian curries....i had butter chicken, gourmet chicken, naan bread, rice and papadums, and all was cooked beautifully. Im a very happy customer, and it was good to be able to talk to the cashier and the cook actually taught me a little about traditional indian cuisine :) we fed 3 adults and 2 children.

This is the indian shop next to fish & chip and pizza shop!!

ok so despite the fact that we where feeling a little sad for the the little Indian cafe that has also just opened merely meters away from this more up market Indian restaurant...well, we had to check it out.
The decor was lovely and the service impeccable and the food was both interesting and delicious. It will be licenced in the very near future they told us as well as you will be able to b.y.o wine as well as you an order take away/delivery.
Overall we where very impressed, I just hope there is enough clientele to keep both Indian eateries in business because as one reviewer wrote competition can be a good thing.
