Larke Hoskins, recently renamed "Suttons" Honda has provided extremely poor service to me on two occasions. The first was several months back on my 190K service of which I mentioned that I had a jolting sound that sounded as though it was coming from the front suspension. After the service they let me know that all four of my shocks will need to be replaced... I am no mechanic, but I was more than aware of the rough cost that this would be to me. Having no prior knowledge of the professionalism of Homebush Honda and only recently moving to Sydney, I insisted on taking my car to my regular mechanic back home who has been exceptional in the past. My normal mechanic after only a 15 minute look told me that all of my shocks were in great repair and had no reason to to be replaced and the sound I was hearing was nothing more than a loose bolt that had to be tightened.
Cost of taking my car to my usual mechanic $30. The cost that Homebush Honda would have cost me if I had listened to their [Retracted offensive word] advice >$1000.

The second occasion was only last week that I took my car in to have a piece of kit installed. I booked this appointment a month in advance so this is another example of piss poor planning and service. After about an hour of dropping my car off I recieved a call saying that they had sent the car part back to Honda and that I would have to wait until the next day to have the work done.... I specifically took the day off work to have this work done. Basically ended up taking my car back without the work being completed. I dont have time to wait for days to have work that was booked over a month in advance to be completed.

If this was a small town businness, word of mouth would spread and they would slowly and surely go down the drain. Fortunately for them they are in the city and im sure my review will have little to no impact on thier business.

Cant comment on the sales department. But the servicing here is piss poor and of a very low standard. Dont do it to yourself.

Family friend works as a manager, so we got an awesome deal on close to new honda accord lux model.

We were overall very happy with the quality and the service we received. We were showered with free gifts ranging from stuffed animals to umbrellas, key chains, extended warranty and more!

I'd love to purchase more from these guys.

They also offer enough coffee to sink a battleship.

Stumbled past this site an couldnt stop smiling. bought my first car from larke hoskins 4 yrs ago now i think 12 of my family has gone on to buy a honda from them, after sales service is beta than the sale. Most staff know us now by first name and treat us very well.. Every Dealer should take lessons from the boss cos they know what there doing. pride themselfes on repeat business..... Dont waste your time anywhere else
