I have had the best feedback from friends and family that my eyebrows look amazing and make me look younger. Very professional young cosmetic artist. Not the place to get lash extensions - don't risk your lashes

I hate to leave a bad review but, given how badly this salon damaged my lashes, I think I should warn others.

I have been getting Russian Volume lashes done for years in the CBD and loved them as, despite having decent lashes, I don't like wearing mascara. But I wanted to find a place closer to home so I went to the Lash & Brow Boudoir in Richmond. I gave this place an honest go and went in a number of times in the hope that it would work out but, unfortunately, they did a terrible job and, worst of all, ruined my lashes.

Quality - The first time I went in and got the full set, the lashes looked OK. The technician I saw didn't get them as full as my previous salon and took longer, but I was happy enough for the price. Over the next couple of weeks, I did notice them falling out faster than I was used to and not sitting as straight. I went in for two more refills and, while they looked ok immediately after being applied, both times my lashes fell out very quickly, unevenly (literally the extensions on one eye fell out nearly completely!) and looked 'messy' (i.e. they weren't put on straight and I couldn't brush them straight). A few of my friends commented, as they noticed that my lashes weren't up to their usual standard. I mentioned this to the technician and, at the next refill, she resolved to fix it - she pulled at my lashes a bit that time but again, they looked ok on the day...but yet again started looking a mess shortly after (sticking out at different directions).

I went in one last time to give the salon another go (I really did give them every chance!) and the technician had clearly used too much glue the time before because she kept trying to separate my lashes and kept tugging at them to do so - it was INCREDIBLY painful as she went lash by lash pulling at them. I told her to stop half way and walked out without paying. She hurt me so badly that even the next day, my lashline was sore. After years of getting my lashes done, I'd never ever felt pain!

Today, I went back to my old technician in the CBD and she was not impressed when she went to remove them. She said the work was poor and, worst of all, that they'd severely damaged my natural lashes. My once long and reasonably thick lashes were broken and sparse. She said it'll take months to grow back to normal. I have NEVER had this before - my lashes have always been strong and able to handle Russian 4-6D lashes, but she couldn't even do that this time because of what the Lash & Brow Boudoir did to me. I was extremely upset and have had to spend $85 on a lash serum to try and help them grow back faster and stronger.

Service - The online booking service didn't work. Also, I never was able to book in an appointment without someone calling me or texting me to try to move it. Every time I booked in, I had to change the time or day because someone was away or forgot to book me in properly, etc. etc. It's a minor issue compared to their lack of quality.

So overall, just don't go there. For those who don't know, that just shouldn't happen - I hear people saying about their own extensions that they 'needed to take a break to let their lashes recover' but that's simply NOT the case if you go to a good salon. You can get extensions done continuously without any damage. For years my natural lashes were lovely and long...I mean, until I went to the Lash & Brow Boudoir.

Hiral is amazing, she spent so much time making sure I was happy with the shape and colour. Yes it is a bit painful, but well worth it. My brows are amazing, and I have received so many compliments on them. I am a happy customer. Thank you Hiral. :)

Always wanted to get the micro blading feather eyebrow tattoo, however as a) I had never had a tattoo before and b) am super fussy with my eyebrows - I was unsure if I should follow through with the commitment.
However, after consultation with Hiral from the Prahran salon, I am very glad that I did. Hiral is extremely good at what she does, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I told her that I was quite nervous about getting the tattoo done, and she made sure to not only show me what she was doing throughout the process (we spent quite a lot of time figuring out the shape until we were both happy) but also explained to me how the tattoo and procedure works. The overall procedure took over 2 hours and not going to lie, it does hurt however it is definitely 100% worth it.
Out of my whole makeup routine, my eyebrows used to take up the most time but after getting them tattooed... that is all a thing of the past. The tattoos look incredible - I am very happy with how they look - the shape, the colour - everything! I have even gotten compliments from complete strangers about my eyebrows! Highly recommend getting micro blading feather eyebrow tattoos if you love eyebrows just as much as I do :)
