Laura took time explaining the procedure, showing me numerous examples of her work with before and after photo's taken. We discussed the look I wanted, drawing in the lines using a normal eyeliner pencil, to give me some idea what to expect. Once satisfied, she proceded, by applying to my bottom eyelids first, an antiseptic numbing cream. Waiting a few minutes, she then commenced the tattooing. Then numbed the top eylids and again commenced tattooing. Before doing my eyebrows, she showed me my new look in the mirror. I was amazed how much it brightened up my face. For those of you who are wondering, it didn't hurt, a weird tickling sensation and occassionly stinging of the eye, like when makeup gets into your eye.The actual eyeliner procedure took about 30-40 minutes. Then Laura commenced on my eyebrows. There is aftercare treatment required for the first 5 days, using Bepanthen cream, keeping the tattooing moist and wearing no other makeup over tattooing, but you really don't need it.So for anyone that is hesitating, I say, just do it. It is worth every penny. Laurethium is a safe beauty service and Laura is a highly qualified beauty therapist who has studied in this field extensively. I love it, the result is amazing.
