Honest and refreshing cannot speak highly enough of Cody who came to give me a second quote from a previous well name drainage company who was a very shady plumper said the drain was broken ,Cody from LCL inspected drain was not broken at all , happy there are honest tradies LCL good old fashion honest company will recommend.

Had a really disappointing and frustrating experience with LCL Plumbing.
Had a young guy come out and investigate a couple of issues we had with our plumbing. He was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what was going on. However, upon receiving our invoice for the investigatory works, he had overcharged us for the time and use of the camera / jet, which equated to $160. When I rang to question this he said he would take the additional hour charged off the bill but gave no explanation or apology.
He had booked in for another member to come out the following week to explain the proposed work and to provide a quote.
When I rang early the following week to confirm that someone was coming out I was told that they had a meeting and would have to reschedule. No big deal but was a little frustrating.
A different staff member came out the following week and explained the proposed work. It sounded good and I was happy with what they had planned. He gave me a verbal quote for one part of the job and said he could get the other quote to me at a later date. I asked if he could send both through via email which he agreed to.
When asked when they could start he said that he’d classify this job as urgent and could therefore start with 2 weeks.
Around a week later I had still not received the quotes via email. I rang the office to chase this up and the receptionist said she’d follow it up. Another couple of days passed so I rang again and got the plumbers number. I called, explaining that I hadn’t received the quotes and he said he’d try to get them to me later that day.
After another 4-5 days still no quote. I gave the plumber another call but didn’t get an answer. I rang back the office and explained my situation. The receptionist was understanding and said she’d get the plumber to give me a call which I appreciated. The plumber then sent me a message saying he was in a meeting but would call afterwards. A day later and I still haven’t been contacted.
I’ve spent $700, had a really poor experience and have no quote or confidence in the individuals I’ve dealt with and now have to explore / hire another plumber.

I have a house in South-East Melbourne & searched for a drainage plumbing company to do 2 work packages.
1) install Agi pipes in my backyard, &
2) excavate concrete driveway to replace stormwater & sewer, & install Agi Pipes.

Being a technical person, I prepared a request-for-quote with plan-drawings of the in-situ sewer, stormwater system; & proposed Agi pipes layout.

My search for a professional company produced a candidate list of about 4 companies.

In order to cost the work to be able to provide a Quote, LCL Teams Supervisor (Ben) met me onsite. I explained the scope of works I wanted done, & he gave suggestions on alternative layout that would save cost but still be effective. I liked that. Ben seemed sincere on proposing what would work rather than expanding scope to increase his revenue. I did not understand some items in the quote, & so called Ben to clarify & he did, but he also amended the text of the Quote to better reflect the scope. I encourage all customers to clarify all quotes to avoid any future misunderstanding. After the amendments, I accepted the Quote which was emailed to me.

The onsite works team lead by Aaron comprised 2 other plumbers (Dennis & Mason), & 1 apprentice & 2 work-experience students. The team dynamics was very +ve. The team took total 4.5 days to do all the works & included a clean up of rubbish & waste soil & concrete. Aaron has a +ve customer attitude. He would check with me on how I wanted something done, & if this/that was ok with me. Being a technical person I understand construction works & Aaron was happy to entertain my presence, questions & instructions - always very patient & polite.

I would be happy to use Ben & Aaron again if the need arises.

I live in the S.E Subs, I had a problem with my drainage system as the drainage pipe lines were incorrectly fitted which ended up with toxic smell coming out from the shower drainage and the toilet and wash basin flooding all the time. Two different issues, I contacted LCL Plumers after reading through all the jobs they do. Ben came out to my place and with his camera down the drain he figured out the problem straight away. Ben wrote out a quote and I signed it immediately as I could feel the experience, honestly and trust in the quote. Cameron and Lachlan came out to start the job as arranged right on time, completed the job the next day and cleaned up the mess. The shower, the toilet and the wash basin all work perfectly no more toxic smell coming out from the shower drainage, perfect job reasonable price great job. I would definitely recommend LCL Plumming to get the job done right the first time with a-reasonable pricing. All of them are very respectful experienced team. Luke and Steven wonderful guys with absolute old fashioned sense for service came around when specified diagnosed the problem and fixed it basically straight away. Excellent value for service have taken cards from the guys to pass on to our friends and family. Would not hesitate for one moment to recommend!!!

Luke from LCL is really great. He's always been able to come out same day or next day to help fix any problems we have had. He is very professional and friendly. He has great rates too - much cheaper than the other plumbers in the area.

Top service, reliable and didn't cost an arm and a leg (quoted three other plumbers aswel, there was a significant difference in pricing). I highly recommend this plumber.
