I went to Le Beaute for a tint regrowth i was told to wait even though they were not busy. I waited 15 minutes before anybody came to see me. I was then left with the tint on for over the time as the girl was on the phone doing her own business, when I asked to be washed off she washed my hair all the time talking on the phone, she then left me and someone else had to start drying my hair she came back and started to dry my hair while still talking on the phone. I was the only customer in the shop but was completely ignored . At the end of this horrible experience I was also overcharged. I will NEVER step into that shop again and will tell everyone our bad the service is. Definately never go there.

AVOID!! Horrible rude staff. Completely butchered my hair because I asked for layers. The person who cut my hair stank like cigarettes and had a disgusting attitude! Ruined my hair and got an unqualified apprentice to fix it - which ended up making it worst! No apologies were given but had the audacity to say to me ‘never come back here again’
What a joke! Maybe fix your attitude, hire some qualified hairdressers and perhaps you might have some decent loyal customers.
If I could rate 0, it’s all this place deserves.

Great prices and service but you get what you pay for. I've been coming here once a month to get my hair done and feel like it saves me a bit of hassle because the hairdressers know exactly what kind of service I want and need.

I used to come here regularly because their haircuts are quite cheap but at the time I had long hair that I just used to trim straight across so I figured not much can go wrong. Then once I thought I'd come here for a colour service......big mistake. I came in with light golden/coppery brown colour and some visible darker regrowth. I asked them to do an all over colour to cover the roots but keep it the same shade range ( light golden/coppery brown). I didn't mind if it was slightly darker. The hairdresser indicated to me that she understood. As soon as it was finished, I saw that something was not right. My hair looked way more ash toned than I wanted it to be but in the salon it didn't look "too" bad so I just let it go. When I went outside into the natural light, to my horror I saw that my hair had a swampy green tinge to it. The hairdresser clearly had no concept of colour theory! I do not think that staff here are adequately trained and I don't recommend this salon for anything more complicated than a straight-across trim.

This is the only place I go to now to do my hair. I was always going to the same place so I was abit nervous about going somewhere else. Boy am I glad I did! They are very friendly and the thing I love most is their exceptional prices They always give me discounts on top of their discounts. Recommended!

It was the reasonable price of haircuts they offered that I considered going here in the first place however I have to say that I never used their services because I was put off by how reception staff attended to customers.
