Poor customer service and results. Avoid this nail salon there are better ones in Southland. Overpriced for the services offered
Dreadful - I went in for an eyebrow wax and specified that I just wanted the strays waxed as I was happy with my thick brows and their shape. I came out with pencil thin brows and the left was significantly thinner than the right one. I had to go straight to Priceline and buy a load of eyebrow makeup - never again.

I wasn't really satisfied with this nail salon when I went. I thought it was overpriced for the service and quality offered. They aren't particularly friendly and I found my nails chipped soon after
Even though it can be cheap it's not worth it. I used to get waxed here when I was younger and they never did a good job but I never knew where else to go without an apmnt. I should have run mid pedicure while a lady was yelling at them showing them the infection she'd gotten. A few weeks later I got an ingrown toe nail
I have also been to this salon and was disappointed. Poor quality and rushed
Not great service constantly speaking Vietnamese ... the salon was dirty the service was very average never using them again.
There are better nail bars in the centre

No base coat, spoke in own language whole time I was there and did not acknowledge me or the other lady in at same time. Nails chipped within 3 days. Never going back
Really disappointed. Told the staff that I wanted shellac french on my hands & standard pedicure. Waited ages & when they started doing my manicure they changed staff & she did the wrong color. I told them that I ask for french by this time I was frustrated & had to leave. One of the girls apologized but I was still made to pay $55.00 .
Absolutely brilliant! Walked in and was greeted straight away by friendly staff who made things happen straight away. My manicure was done absolutely beautifully and lasted well over a week. Will definitely be back!

I wanted to get gel tips on my toes for summer - not acrylic. After waiting for 20 minutes I was shown to a table where fingernails are usually worked on. The man, who had very limited english, looked at me like I had two heads when I told him I wanted my toes, not my fingernails done. I was then made to rest my feet on a wheelie stool, which is ok for 5 minutes, but not for an hour, while he attached the tips to my toes. Having had acrylic nails before, I queried him as he got out some powder and a liquid which smelled suspiciously familiar. I asked him if he was doing gel or acrylic. He showed me the jar with the powder in it that had "Gel" hand-written on the side. Upon going home and showing my house-mate who is a nail technician/hairdresser, I discovered that my nails were - in fact - acrylic rather than gel.
I felt completely duped - one should always get what one pays for, and I certainly did not.
