Overall everything was great. I was a bit concerned going into it originally due to the upfront cost, but it was definitiely a good choice to bit the bullet and go through with it.

The only issue I had was when it came to settlement, though I'm not sure if that was simply a system issue with PEXA and how it sent out the notifications. I was notified by the vendor's real estate agent everything went through and I could pick-up my keys three hours before I got the confirmation from my paralegal.
I also got confirmation from my bank that everything went through just over an hour before the call from my paralegal.
Had I not already picked up the keys before my paralegal called, it would have been way too late to pick them up.

Tracy was amazing. She helped me understand things on the contract that I wasn't sure of and was available to answer questions when I needed her. I would recommend her highly.
