Leanne is a professional personal trainer and excellent at what she does. I have been going 3 times a week for the past couple of months and I really enjoy it. She makes the session interesting, challenging and she is a great motivator. I would highly recommend Leanne to anyone who is interested in increasing their fitness level or trying to lose weight. Her studio is equipped with everything you need and the times work well around our family life. I am so happy I found her!

I do a lot of bike riding and running and Leanne was great at ridding my body of all the knots. The environment is also very relaxing which helps the massage process. Would recommend to any Athlete looking for a massage to aid performance.
