I would never ever use Ledified. I had 22 down lights and transformers installed by them, recently I have 3 burnout transformers, I have sent a number of emails to Simon Fishke asking where I can get a replacement. He did not even bother to acknowledge my emails. I rang them and after a whale someone suggested To buy fro Bunnings, well Bunnings said they will not stock their products as they are unreliable, well that says it all. Stay away from them.

Had my lights installed this morning throughout my whole house. Thank you so much. I am so happy with the job. The electricians John and Pete were fantastic. They came on time and worked fantastic. I will be recommending you to everyone. Thanks again.

We had 11 LED lights installed today,we had the old halogen ,and decided on the new LED plus new transformers,and couldn't be happier.....the Sparkie ,Andrew ,who we had was just great.....a very nice young guy to have around the house,very curtious,extremely tidy,and I didn't have to clean one single thing....we could not be happier,so glad we made the change.....many thanks LEDIFIED.....your a wonderful company to deal with ,and the follow up call later today was nice...highly recommend LEDIFIED ...

We had 12 LED downlights and transformers installed to replace existing halogen lights and are extremely satisfied with the service provided and with the end result. Every member of the LEDified team was courteous, helpful and efficient and knew the product well.

This is a very useful service. The call centre is very helpful. The electrician very courteous and on time. Very neat. Left everything clean.

These guys were supposed to install only eight lights. They didn't show up on the day as planned, waited till 5pm, then I called. Rescheduled for the next day, and they showed up. Couldn't complete the job. I had to buy extra lights to be delivered and installed on my own. Lights arrived and couldn't be installed without qualified electrician. I returned the lights for a refund. Weeks later, four phone calls later and still nothing, yet they insisted on taking my money up front!

It all worked very smoothly - very informative on the phone booking, the tradesmen arrived on time, were very easy to deal with and did a professional job. A very easy way to save on power and help the planet.

End to end the process of dealing with LEDified was terrific, service installation and the actual LED lights are all of a high quality. The sales staff know their product and are able to answer and explain all details of LED lighting. The actual installation experience was hassel free. The electrician who did the work was a sub contractor, however this did not impact on standards, he was on time, happy to assist and advise on lighting placement and also cleaned up, he was also a very pleasant fellow to deal with which is an added bonus when in your home for a few hours. I had the EVA LED's installed, dont hesitate to pay that little bit extra, they are absolutley fabulous at not much extra cost.

I attended at the showroom with my house plans to get a quote. They sat me down with a manager who gave me a good quote. I accepted the quote to install 33 or 37 lights for $2,200.

The electricians arrived at our house and asked repeatedly if we had mentioned that we had a double storey house and that they were new installs and not all retrofit.

The electricians contacted Ledified and they told us it would cost an extra $1000 to install. We had to pay the extra $1000 or refuse the job. We refused the job.

The deposit minus $65 was eventually deposited into our account, some three weeks later and that was only after several requests and promises that our deposit would be refunded by the end of the week. When I asked why they did not return the entire deposit they said the $65 was the cancellation fee for the electrician.

The Accounts Manager bluntly refused to accept that a job costing $1000 extra on a $2200 quote was a satisfactory reason to cancel the job. We where happy to pay the price quoted. The electrician refused to do the job for that price.

Do not bother leaving a message they will never return your call. I would steer well clear from this company. If they made a mistake on the quote so be it but do not charge the customer a cancellation fee when their quote was wrong. I do not want an apology or an admission of fault, I only wanted my money back as they did not provide the service they promised at the quoted price

It was very easy to have these done - From the contact at the shopping centre through to installation. Very happy.

Good display in the shopping centre and very catchy add on the radio. Excellent service, the electrician was on time. The product looks good. Time will tell

Sales team is very quick to respond and gave the best quote. Also allowed us to lock in the rebate amount so that we are not affected if government removes rebate. Our conversion from downlights to LED was painless and very easy. Had a few quotes and they were the cheapest. Electricians were contractors but they were punctual and completed job quickly.

The electrician was punctual, courteous and polite and did the work efficiently and tidily, and was a very pleasant person.

Everything was done to my highest expectations. In fact I think the work site was left cleaner than it had been before LEDified arrived. A good job in every respect.

Having used LEDified previously, I was confident that both the quality of the lighting and service would be first class. The electrician was courteous and very professional. I am very satisfied with the product fitted and would highly recommend LEDified.

i had 18 halogens replaced with LEDs, Ledified explained the benefits of switching to LEDs, they completed the entire job in 3 hours, the electrician was efficient and we spent most of the time talking about the football, good experience and im actually looking forward to my next electrity bill

Switched to LED from Halogen with Ledified. put 6W( smart bright) led in living and bedroom s and 10W( super bright) in high light areas. The problem was 6w was not bright at all( its their consultant suggested i should use that in first place) and when i called to report this the customer service was really really bad. i got a 3 year warranty on the products, but this bad experience with customer service i m doubtful about them doing anything in future.

Had 28 dimmable LED lights installed (although paperwork says 27) Subcontractor took 1 1/2 days to do and left the house looking like a bomb site! Old wiring left on the bed bits of fitting left all over the place. It took 2 of us over 2 hours to clean up! No offer from LEDified to rectify the mess only to check the dimmers where the lights flash like disco lights. Made appt, had time off work but they didn't keep it. Now trying to arrange a suitable time to get problem fixed. No formal offer of apology just hollow phone ones... If you want LED use someone else.

The two electricians that came out Brendan and Mitchell were very prompt and very polite both did a great job...asked about which brightness and where we wanted lights replaced and their advice was spot ie brighter in kitchen etc great to have follow up phonecall too as we had 31 lights replaced!! Also they showed us the old lights and 2 of the transformers were burnt...very scary

Residential replacement of down-lights with LED down-lights. In the we end received what we agreed to. Time will tell if these live up to the promise, we've only had them a week.

I was first approached by Ledified via a door to door sales adviser. At first I was a tad skeptical, but after being contacted by their call center and speaking to one of their reps over the phone they invited me to come to their showroom to see the lights in action. They explained the benefits of doing this and the savings I would see as a result on my electricity bills so i decided to go ahead.

I have just received my latest bill and im very happy with the result, it has been cut down by around 30% giving me room to breath and use the money for more relevant needs. Not to mention their was an Initial reduction off the lights as there is apparently a government discount.

I ordered new LED lights (2 types). No mention was made at the time of ordering that 1 type was already out of stock and shortly after ordering, the 2nd type went OOS as well. I wasn't told any of this until I made enquiries to find the status of my LATE order after 4-5 weeks. Various promises have been made and STILL no lights or further contact other than 1 call. 2 months have passed. They have at least today refunded my deposit for me. I do appreciate that.

We purchased 43 SuperBright LED downlights from LEDified two weeks ago. We were installed within 4 days from purchasing the process was smooth and efficient. The price was $39 per light after the rebate which my wife and I thought was very air given they were fulling installed and the old lights were recycled.

The lights look great, you really cant tell the difference from the old ones (in fact I think the LEDs are a little brighter). The power consumption of each light is 9w compared to 50w for the old ones. They also had a 4.5w option that would have been slightly dimmer than the 50w but we went with the brighter 9w light.
