Alex and his team are polite and reliable. We had a blocked sewer, called them in the morning they were here in the afternoon. They explained everything in detailed and contacted Yarra Valley Water for us as it was the YVW shaft that was causing us the sewer blockage. Alex even gave us a follow up call to ensure YVW came and fix it up for us. Best plumbing service we ever had. Trustworthy and affordable. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Thank you to Alex and Patrick for servicing our major gas pipe leak last week. Alex runs through the diagnostics, and breaks down the plan of work to me and certainly finishes the job well. He is honest & trustworthy plumber and certainly the estimated price quote for the job compared was similar to the market.

Alex is a responsible plumber, he replaced my gas control valve for my hot water heater and the next day the pilot tube got problem, called him and he came and fixed it promptly. Now I ask him to replace my gas pipe job.

I used Lexco Plumbing recently to resolve some issues with my toilet and bathroom taps. Alex was flexible around my work commitments. He was extremely professional, and he not only fixed the problems, but was excellent in explaining what had happened and what he was doing to fix the issues. Alex also spent time providing me with some advice regarding renovations I am planning. I found it so much more helpful to have advice from a plumber about what was practical, instead of having designers present a concept that won’t actually work with my existing plumbing infrastructure. Alex talked about what might be possible and why some things would work and others wouldn’t. The invoicing from Lexco was itemised and clear, and the pricing information they provided me with before engaging them was also very professional. I will certainly be using Lexco for my future plumbing needs.

Recently had to put in a new sink at my restaurant, a friend recommended these guys. They came out gave me a reasonable quote, and organised a mutual time for the job. They were punctual did the job too the standard I was expecting, and just before they came i had a blocked drain which they also fixed. Wow, even on Christmas Day, Lexco Plumbing attended to an emergency sewer blockage which had caused mayhem in our backyard. Called Alex and he arranged a technician within 1 hour of our call. Blockage was cleared and they even cleaned up the mess. Fixed price and no extra charges were applied. Service was prompt and the technician was courteous - I'd definitely recommend them.
