The staff never rushed me and gave me honest advice on their mattresses and products. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a mattress and fed up with the crap service and quality from those online retailers.

What a great experience. No pressure sales and the information we were given was fantastic and any questions we asked the answer was given us. We are now waiting on a quote but we are certain to purchase a Mk1 double bed with a Cooper plush mattress (once my wife has decided on colours).

I would like to give five star review to a very professional organisation who was able to provide the latest technology in helping us to find the mattress as Well as the electric bed that we have been looking for for so long. We have been looking for more than four months trying to find The bed that would suit our needs as I live with fibromyalgia and my husband lives with chronic back pain and osteoarthritis. We were able to do The pressure mapping at life changing beds and they helped us to provide a bed that now offers total pain relief while we are in bed. It is brilliant to sleep on, with the perfect firmness for me. It has helped minimise my back pain tremendously and I enjoy a good night's sleep. I am also very thankful for the adjustable aspect of the bed, that extra comfort and support I need whenever my circumstances change and is paramount to suit my special needs.

We had excellent service from our initial visit right the way through to installation of the bed. There was no pushy sales talk, just patience and respect.
All queries were answered, and even though access at our house was a bit more complicated, delivery went without a hitch.
I'd recommend dealing with this company and staff...all friendly and knowledgeable.
