I visited lifecare dental Perth today just to get information on teeth whitening and the pricing next thing I know I’m getting a teeth check and charged $57 - there was nothing disclosed when I made the booking online that there would be a cost involved.
This is the third time I’ve tried lifecare dental and I’ve always had a negative outcome.

The worst dental check up ever had, where the doctor only thinks about her estimate and tries to cost up more bills for the patient rather than trying to cure the pain. She literally bruised & blessed my gums by using a hard bristle brush and then says I have unhealthy gums. Do unnecessary x-rays to give a long bill. I am not visiting ever again. I will not recommend to anyone else rather.

Dr Xu is my dentist. She's great! I was informed about all the treatment I required, she even showed me how to read my X-rays! I could see the holes in my teeth! I was given a treatment plan and quoted very fairly as I am in need of rather extensive work. So far I wouldn't even know I had fillings already 😊

yeah as many people think and as it is many hate the fact of being a dental doctor,may be because you smell alots of mouths at the end of the day but i tell you dentist "be proud of your work and like it "

I was actually booked in by my company and had never heard of them. After my check up, it became apparent that a badly broken tooth I had had for sometime needed to come out, as well as 3 fillings.

My experience at lifecare dental has been the best I have ever had and I have lived in a few countries. My dentist, Yvonne, was not only a very wonderful person who made me feel very at ease but she is also the best dentist I have eer been to. The extraction was not easy due to the state of my tooth but she done a perfect job and got the tooth out in one go. Today, Yvonne done my 3 fillings and after just a few hours, I don't even feel like I have been to the dentist??? I know where I am going from now on...thanks Yvonne 8)

Like many others have mentioned I hate the dentist. I was required to have 3 teeth removed and the dentist I had was fantastic no pain at all. Whilst waiting for him one day another customer waited until he had finished with his appointment just to thank the dentist I was seeing this gave me greater confidence. Ash is friendly and patient the dental nurses are also great

Having a busy work schedule it was nice to hear they are open evenings and weekends. Had no difficulty making an appointment. No one likes going to the dentist but my experience here was really good, gentle treatment, and no after effects of a cleaning that was post 2 years overdue. Have no hesitation going back for 2 fillings and didn't feel they were trying to get me to have treatments I didn't need. Top notch customer service!

very bad service. they promote top shelf - but the only thing top shelf is the price. i had to ring numerous times to get an appointment, and was still left in the lurch without an appointment. absolutley dismal

Level Upper Walkway, Shop 55-57, 419 Wellington St., Perth. Just walked in and made an appointment at the desk to be seen in 20 minutes, got a filling, done by 2 dentists, paid at the desk, no need to go to HBF, as it is all covered while at the desk. It is open 7 days a week 8am til 7pm.
