Good amount of equipment, various rooms for certain work outs. But like another mentioned the place is getting a bit tired.

The gym is getting a bit tired now and one of the reasons I stopped going there was because the group fitness classes were so crowded. Its not cheap for what you get and it can be difficult to get a machine in peak times. One of the benefits though is the indoor heated pool which is great if you like water aerobics classes.

I joined up this gym after the usual sales speil. I dont go regularly because I am not motivated enough. I find the after sales service very ordinary. I think the staff should follow up members who do not attend, and give them some motivation. The water aerobics classes are great fun. I have money taken out of my account each week, which isnt much but over a year it is. The water aerobics instructor showed me more interest than any other staff member. Its like you join, then they are no longer interested, there are no mail outs or incentives.
