Joining this gym was a massive disappointment. It was quite grubby and I got sick of people not using towels on the equipment. Staff didn’t care. Plus the equipment in the female gym is limited.

Staff did so many things wrong - told me if I wanted to cancel I just had to let them know, they didn’t give me a copy of the rules and regulations of the gym or a signed copy of my contract. They then wouldn’t accept my cancellation in writing which is allowed by fair trading. But nobody told me they would just keep debiting by bank account beyond the necessary cancellation notice of 30 days. I had to get my bank to stop it.

I am now being harassed by their direct debit company with threats of debt collectors. They try to enforce terms in contracts that their members are not given a copy of. Gym management can stop the harassment but they prefer to allow it to occur.

Bad form Lifestyle Health Club Redbank Plains. Treating people with respect obviously is not a priority.

I have been with this gym since 2015 & I won’t ever go anywhere else!
The staff are so friendly & helpful!
And I really enjoy the classes! And that they have a creche so us mummas who want to workout have the choice to when we have our children to!
It’s always clean and plenty of options for all different fitness levels! And best of all they have a woman’s only gym room with weights and cardio machines!!

Great gym, I have been a member here for nearly 4 years and I go 5 days a week. Its fantastic. the staff are awesome and very friendly. their is a huge variety of classes to choose from.

Great equipment in the weights room friendly staff on had to answer any questions about using the machines the classes are always full fun and friendly the instructors really make you feel comfortable

Great club friendly service loving the new express classes, good options for beginner to the more fanatical. great membership offers too.

Love this gym! They have a huge range of classes at different times. Lots of different equipment and different areas to exercise. There is also a nail place in here and an awesome creche I take the kids too. They have recently renovated the gym and it is looking fantastic!

Went here recently, had a weird vibe. Wasn't as upbeat as usual. Still great equipment and love the corssfit section guys amazing - state of the art stuff.

Great gym, went here for a free three day trial and I thought it was great. amazing outdoor gym, fit with the very best and latest in equipment. Inside is great to with different areas.

Have been a member of this gym for a few months now and it has a great atmosphere. My weekly fee is affordable and the staff are great. Only issue is sometimes there are a few machines that don't work and they don't get fixed for a while.
