absouletly love this salon, great hair colour I had done. Was so impressed! Very modern setting, and excellent browdry.

I had a horrible experience here and so wouldn't recommend it. I decided to get a trim (yes a trim) the week before my sisters wedding to clean up the ends. I asked for a 'trim' and also specified that I was a bridesmaid in the wedding so only wanted the very slightest of trims. We agreed on taking about an inch off. My hair was long and they cut it above my shoulders into a bob. I don't understand how someone can cut that much hair off when we agreed on a trim. I was so upset and almost in tears at the end.. At the counter when going to pay they asked if I was happy and I said 'No, to be honest you've cut so much of my hair off, I didn't expect this'. To which they replied 'Oh, no I don't think so, but maybe I did get snip-happy at the end'. They gave me $5 off only and still charged me $50.. If I could go back I would have refused to pay but I was so upset that I just wanted to get out of there. They cut so much of my hair off it wouldn't even go in a pony tail without clipping bits up. I ended up getting hair extensions and months later I'm still unhappy with my hair and it's still so much shorter than what it was. I am so adamantly never going to recommend this hair salon.
