Disgusting customer service, called up to try explain what I was after and for an approximate cost,the lady was rude, unprofessional and had a sarcastic tone as Im not good with hair terminology. She proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence.

Absolutely fantastic! I emailed a booking enquiry as I was unsure exactly what I needed to book in for. I got a prompt response that was incredibly helpful and easy. I was quoted a price before booking and than again before the process started after having a face to face chat with the stylist (which I think is fabulous and they where also the same price so even better) Tempany is incredibly talented. I had a rather big colour change and it turned out better than I could hope for. The whole team where friendly and professional. They all made you feel comfortable. I also had eye brow wax and eye lash tint. I would definitely recommend Lily me Red to everyone.

Went here for a haircut and colour and Shannon was incredibly helpful! It was my first time ever getting my hair dyed and she talked me through the different options for colouring it and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Shannon truly knows how to work with hair and gave me advice to suit my particular hair needs. Incredibly happy with my experience here and I highly recommend Lily Me Red to anybody who is considering getting their hair done!
