Consider what this store has been through it still stocks the delicious chocolate and have great value food and coffee.
Love hot chocolate here, one of the best
Is the best hot chocolate in Sydney, absolutely amazing place to go for a lazy Sunday afternoon!
This place the best hot chocolate you will ever taste. Anybody that comes with me here says the same
Love hot chocolate from this place.
When talking chocolate I love lindt more than cadbury or the others. To have a whole cafe with the whole lot is amazing. I love the choc shakes, they are so lux!
Approximate cost: $25
Who doesn't love Lindt! Especially in hot chocolate form. Can be crowded.
oh love the liquid gold!
great little shop great service loved the ice coffee with loads of ice cream and cream-enjoyed it immensely
Approximate cost: $8.00
that ice cream is gorgeous!
great place to have a cake and coffee, this place is much more now.not only the memories but the remembrance of some beautiful people.
Recently visited on a trip to Sydney and had the BEST hot chocolate I've ever had. A big serving for pure decadence.
Wow, so much to see here, great café locked away in Cockle Bay Wharf, a great view from the seating area, its buzzing with people.
Great selection of cakes and chocolate beverages.
Friendly service
Approximate cost: $30
Still remains to be a favorite hang out place in Sydney.
What I love most is the sustainable programs Lindt company runs in Africa to help with farming and sustainability of resources.
My favorite is the waffles and dark hot chocolate.
Delicious and scrumptious are two words to describe the Lindt cafe. The desserts are divine. The only issue is the outdoor dining, I had someone smoke near my table.
Great little shop... beautiful hot chocolates and the marshmellows work a treat love this place a little beauty.
Approximate cost: $6.00
Always delicious. The tables are all in lines so can be a bit of trouble to find a good section if it is busy without having random people next to you. I would recommend splitting a dessert and grabbing a drink to maximise your chocolate experience without getting sick! On Saturdays there is live music opposite which is nice and there is always something going on in the wharf.
Approximate cost: $8
Spend way too much and always over indulge here, so I try and limit the times I frequent this delicious chocolate cafe!! Love the hot chocolate sundaes- so creamy and lots of chocolate goodness or if you can't decide opt for a shareplate - with brownies, macaroons, vanilla ice-cream, chocolate, waffles, strawberries and cream ( it's a winner with my kids)! It sure is a Chocolate lovers idea of heaven , where you can sit and relax and enjoy a delicious cafe menu with chocolate drinks, cakes, truffles and ice-creams all made with world famous Lindt Chocolate!
Located behind the fountain at Cockle Bay Wharf, well worth a trip ( even once)... though not relatively cheap, a great place to indulge indeed!
I agree !!
Chocolate overload. Yes please. Everything chocolate and more at this cafe. The tasting plate and exceptionally nice hot chocolate will quell any sweet fix. Plenty of seating available and priced accordingly to the Lindt brand.
Approximate cost: $15+
similar to it's melbourne counterpart in terms of menu and service but only busier
like HEAPS busier, the cafe's a bit more open, and a bit more family oriented
still a chocolate lover's delight though!
Love to try that.
Always busy because of its name. Very tasty chocolates and chocolate drinks but very overpriced if your just going to have a coffee or tea. Service is fairly good nothing to complain about.
I absolutely adore treating myself at the Lindy Cafe Darling Harbour. The hot chocolates, truffles and desserts here are delicious. The cafe is a little on the pricey side, but as an occasional treat, it is totally worth it. I have also managed to pick up some nice chocolate gifts for others here. Furthermore, the cafe is in a nice location, so I suggest everybody visits the Lindt Cafe at least once.
This is a chocolate lovers dream. Lots of great chocolate creations and drinks, but not cheap so best kept for the occasional splurge. Definitely a great way to cap off a day at the harbor though. I would recommend splitting a dessert and maybe get a drink each as everything is quite rich, plus it makes it a bit cheaper for everyone.
Agree with you on price. Can be a bit expensive so best to share with a friend.
Beautiful views of Darling Habour on the cbd side. The chocolate milkshake is extremely sweet and I don't recommend but the ice cream and cakes are nice if you are willing to splurge out. Very expensive, but this is a tourist place so you sort of expect it.
Tasty but pricey
I bought a voucher for a platter which include hot chocolate, brownies, macarons, waffle and strawberry dip. Everything is good except the brownies which is a bit hard and not tasty at all! I like the coffee lindor (only available at café)
Approximate cost: $20
This is somewhat of a niche cafe in my mind. Everything is extremely sweet unless you request otherwise. Food, drinks, etc. It was a great experience though. The atmosphere was sophisticated (not always calm due to fellow customers) but clean and pretty. The staff were friendly but left you alone to talk. Food was expensive but worth it. If you go you won't regret it but you will leave with a huge sugar high. If your transport is far away, you should experience walking with a sugar high from Lindt at night. Great scenery, great experience.
Enjoyed some late night hot chocolates and lattes here with my family recently. A lovely location overlooking Darling Harbour and the nearby fountain. Service was prompt and pleasant, your order brought to your table after prepaying at the counter. A little expensive at $8 per hot chocolate however you get about 3 cups in volume per serve! Deliciously warmed Lindt milk chocolate poured into hot milk -Yum! Also sell a variety of desserts and sweets. A very nice treat!
Approximate cost: $8.00 per serveu
not a bad chocolate cafe and is well visited by lots of people. However its menu is rather limited and can be quite expensive although its chocloate is just better than average. However wirth trying
Absolutely gorgeous location at night, with a fountain nearby. After spending almost an hour inside the shop, amongst us we ordered the waffles, hot chocolate and ice creams, all of which were fantastic. The waffles are VERY overpriced though, considering you only get one waffle, slightly larger than the size of a CD. But the tantalising chocolate did make up for the stingy sizing.
Our dinner party enjoyed dessert at the Lindt Cafe recently. It was a bit hard to find a seat as it was a wet night and quite busy but it was worth the wait.
Quality would be the same as other lindt cafes which would be good. The layout is very open and not enclosed in terms of a room. the openness always people to choose to sit inside or outside.
Approximate cost: $15
The food suprisingly did not taste as nice as Max Brenners i.e the waffles and chocolate beverages, however the macarons are very tasty, with a wide range of flavours, they melt in your mouth.
Approximate cost: $12
