If I could give zero stars, I would. Actually, if I could give minus 7 stars, I'd do that. What dreadful customer service. It's been ten days and my support ticket has still not been answered! If you want website hosting, go anywhere else. LITERALLY anywhere else. Like, ask your dog to host your website. Fido will do a better job of it than these clowns.

Terrible customer service. Tech support is NEVER online. Doesn't fix issues and lies about reasons for delays. Slow servers.

Do not put your business using little hero hosting. The worst customer service even closing an account was a night mare

Would not recommend this company, hosting down a lot. Does not complete work in time frame, no T&c's so expect not included when work commences at an additional cost. Will force you to take out 12 months hosting. Looks after her own interest and not the customers best interest.

I use the business to host my web sites. And I have never had any problems with them. Pricing is awesome. Affordable service suited to the small to business user.
