They are there to make a profit and do not care about the children.

This is about the artarmon centre, I had 2 boys attending the centre and I had to pull them out within few months.
We had few horrible incidents and flagged them few times to the management and no action was taken, one time I walked in and my son was crying so bad and trying to talk to the teacher while she is completely ignoring him, when I asked her what's going on, she snapped and said she is busy. Second time I saw my 2 years old crying on the floor and the 2 nannies are standing right next to him chatting and laughing, third time I dropped him and hanged around to watch when I saw my kid pulling the teacher for attention and she is just ignoring him chatting to her colleague when he then wet himself, when I flagged this, their solution was to keep the door open so he won't need to ask for assistance.
Above that, they 'by error' billed me 5 or 6 weeks in advance and it took them 5 or 6 weeks to refund it.
Wouldn't recommend it at all

I have to say that our experience with this centre has been fantastic. It is our 3rd child care and by far the best one in terms of quality, staff and education to our Timmy.
I would recommend to all parents and the service from the enrolment girl helping the signing is excellent.

Ambarvale branch. I send my son there for 2 month. I can't believe this is a child care. Really they don't care. My son teacher he name is Amanda very heavy smoking person. Every time dropping my son there her smell very bad. When I pick up my son his nappy hasn't changed. Last time I went to pick up my son who has running nose and no one wiped it of until it dried. I complained many time with no response. Really was very bad experience. Recommend no one go there. I have all photos and video for my son when I went to pick him up I was recording video for him with all these things that happened.

Recently moved my son to this centre and the change is amazing! The centre is clean , the staff are friendly and caring and the place looks fantastic. My son is learning and his behaviour has improved. I would highly recommend sending your child to any Little Learning School Childcare Centre.
