I am renting a house from past 11 month, new to Australia and L J hooker is our property manager. I did not find any issue with L J Hooker. for me satisfactory service unless if i will find some new property manager.overall satisfactory service.

They managed my property and made promises after promises. I ended up wasting lots of my time making many follow up calls, trying to find out what's taking so long to have things done, etc... I ended up managing them instead of the tenants. They are incompetent as a team and do not care about your property. There are not enough regulations to ensure dodgy real estate agents dont just ride behind a so-called good brand, so quite often, landlords are kept in the dark and helpless because agents get paid regardless of whether they CHOOSE to do their work. It'd be very different if they had to invoice landlords.
