We recently approached Loan Market for the potential purchase of an investment property. Having previously bought directly through a bank and not having the greatest experience with other mortgage brokers, we were not sure what to expect. I just want to say that I could not recommend Loan Market highly enough. In particular Jessie who has made this purchase so easy and smooth. From our very first meeting Jessie explained in detail the entire process, provided a timeline and calculated what our borrowing position would be, patiently, including and excluding any variables to maximise our position. Her knowledge of the entire process and the Canberra market has been second to none, providing the advice we needed without ever being pushy or dismissive and really listening to what we wanted to do. All we had to do was find the property and Jessie took care of he rest by negotiating a better interest rate for our existing mortgage, liaising with the bank, real estate agent and solicitor to make our purchase quick and without stress. She was always available for questions even after hours if needed and checked in regularly to ensure everything progressed as planned. She even hand delivered some loan documents to our house and took the time to go through them in detail ensuring all areas were explained. All in all a fantastic experience and will be using her services again for our next property.
