NEVER USE. These guys were caught on camera driving their truck into a baseketball hoop, damaging it. And then looking at the damage and never mentioning anything. The company Andrew, Anthony and the owner Yusri return no calls, or emails. And try to hope that you will not chase them for compensation or to repair it. Hugely unprofessional. Now I have to lodge to take them to court, even though it is all on video. When I try call, they just hang up when they see my caller ID. Making such a bad reputation for their industry. Yusri - I'm waiting for your email and compensation payment, or look forward to seeing you in court.

Absolutely disgusting service. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, anyone else that I interacted with was just purely and utterly disrespectful.
Our pick up was a week late, due to the flooding which we had no issue with at all. We were called at 2pm on the day of pick up to advise us that the pick up will be between 5pm/7pm. They did not rock up until 9pm. They arrived with no where near the enough space that I had reserved and told me that we were their 5th pick up for the truck and there was not enough space. The driver of the vehicle had his pants down and was trying to pull them up and do the belt up whilst trying to talk to me, which was absolutely disgusting and sure poor customer service. Whilst attempting to get the very minimal stuff to the truck they broke the AC remote holder, to which they did not tell me, instead I found out later on. They also decided to take it upon themselves to turn the AC on and use our bathroom. Which I also would not have had an issue with if they had of asked, but they did not.
I was then told to contact the company in the morning to work out what to do with the rest of the stuff. Upon arrival my partner refused to pay the full amount as we did not get the full service quoted to us. The manager told us to pay half and then the other half upon arrival on the rest of our stuff.
I tried to contact the company 3 times before I actually got through to who I needed to speak too (I'm choosing not to mention names of these employees). After several days of trying to get answers on a replacement truck via call, email, text, I was finally told that the earliest was the following Friday- 13 days after the original pick up date and 10 days after the first pick up, they also advised me that I was a priority and there may be an earlier pick up. After yet again trying to contact them multiple times about confirmation of pick up on Friday, I was then told that the actual pick up day will be the Saturday instead of the Friday with a next day delivery. Now all we wanted was the service quoted to us which was 16 cubic metres on a backload service. However we did not receive any compensation or apologies for the massive inconvenience and stress that this has caused on our lives. I am still waiting for the second pick up, my hopes are not high that this will go according to plan. I will never EVER pick this company again nor suggest this company to anyone. Just utter poor customer service left, right and centre.

. This has to be the worst I have been treated by any company ever. There was no communication or very little. I had underestimated the size but in my defence it came out of a 10sq
Storage so I assumed it would fit in a 10sq truck They charged me an extra 4 sq. I was not going to be at the delivery address so organised to have the door unlocked. When they finally arrived they dumped everything in the garage and left the unit unlocked! I specifically said to put everything in the unit and lock the doors. Removalist from hell. Don’t use. Barbie

I do recommend this guys they are very good service the done moving for me very quick and easy very fast and also they surprised me by doing free shrink wrap for free which another companies I did moving with them the recharge me a lot for it .I think this the best romvales I had ever seen (Local and interstate ) they are best choice for you thank you .

They are Absolutely perfect! Ibrahim and Abz moved our 3 bedroom house absolutely full of everything over to our new home. Arrived right on time, took care of EVERYTHING! Helped with extra things I didn't aware them of. They moved our gym, as well as a full weight set. These guys were so impressive I couldn't thank them enough. They literally done all of it in one move and was so happy with there service and help thanks heaps boys and keep up the good work

I recently needed to have my mothers belongings moved from a friends shed to my place, which have sentimental value to me as my mother passed away 4years ago, this friend had been storing things for me. I needed a removalist that was reliable, punctual, efficient and that would take care and have the respect that was needed. I came across Zippy Moves website and after reading all the wonderful reviews about them I thought these are the guys to help me. Both Bob and Abs were very punctual, reliable, efficient and helpful. They went above and beyond when it came to the moving of my mothers belongings. They were respectful of my mothers memory and what her belongings meant to me. Professional, efficient, careful and lovely guys to boot. I can't recommend Zippy enough! Abbz and Bob were available at the drop of a hat and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that our items were safe. Thanks for an excellent job moving us John. We had a particularly tough access to our house, via 50 steps up from the street. There were no complaints from any of the boys involved in the move. You even put on any extra truck and an addition person to help achieve the move in less than a daybwhichbwas our goal. Super efficient workers and curtious too. Zippy is highly recommend.

These guys are brilliant! I booked the job late Saturday afternoon and they arrived when they said they would on Sunday morning.

Bob and Abes were on time, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they took good care of my belongings. I will be booking them again and recommend Zippy Move wholeheartedly.

Bob and Abes were very careful, helpful, friendly and respectful. They rang me to let me know that they were running a bit late which I appreciated. It was hard work for them on the 3rd floor. They also made sure to pack all of my belongings into the storage unit, when I was worried the space was too small.

Great service look no further then zippy move. The guys where amazing they come on time moved all my furniture with no damages. I've moved a couple of times, but this time I moved with zippy move and there the best at moving furniture. Great work guys.

Moved from Sydney to Wollongong. Johnny and Sam were amazing, such nice guys and took super great care of all of our stuff. This was our 6th move in 5 years and I wish I new about Zippy earlier, it was the easiest move I've ever done. Highly recommended, won't ever use anyone else again.

Used them twice for massive move and they were FANTASTIC. I have saved their number to use in the future whenever I have to move.
