We use to always take the kids here before it shut down! What a shame! Staff could of been friendlier but it was for the kids and they loved it
Thank god it's changed ownership! We use to love going to this play centre but in the last 12 months it just became awful, from the food to cleanliness, to staff. Went back a few weeks ago and can see it's on the up and up hooray!
I am sorry Anonymous but your information is wrong! It is the original owner managing it for the Lollipops franchisors.
Unfortunately from the reviews on other sites it is the exact opposite of what you are saying, but hey it is a very believable review coming from someone who wont post their name. :-)
taken the ids here a few times. It is small for a play centre but kids dont seemto mind. They like the teacup area. It is quite noisy and not lots of seating. Food is cheap enough.
Kids enjoyed there visit here, i didnt the staff were rude and unhelpful the coffee i was thankful i didnt pay extra for it was aweful.. the kids were bored after 2 hours thankfuly.
Thaks for the review
I will never take my kids here again. The staff were rude. The place had food all over the floor it doesn't take much work for the staff to clean up! It's too overpriced. Adults should be FREE
My children love coming to lollipops. They hVe an absolute ball. The facilities and playgrounds are always clean. The staff are always Friendly. It could do with being a bit cheaper but all in all good experience
One of the best play lands i have been to great separate play areas for ages, good service clean facilities well staffed polite, nice coffee, adults have to pay but you get a complementary coffee
Clean well equipped play center, great for kids 7 - 8, comfortable seating for adults, my daughter lovers the big slides, the staff are friendly and polite
I take my three children here mostly during school holidays. My 6 & 7 year old LOVE the slides and the teacup ride. The section for my two year old isnt so big but he loves climbing up the adequately padded steps and sliding down the slide. Overall it is a good lollipops to take children too. Only thing I don't like is the fact adults have to pay however you do get a free tea or coffee.
Approximate cost: $3.50 plus
My son has been to this Play Centre a couple of times now, while attending Vacation Care during School Holidays. He always comes home telling me what great fun he had had and wants to know when he can go again.
It has been a while since I have been here, but I definately will be coming back soon. My son had a great time, and he loves Big Inside Playgrounds as he calls them. The staff were friendly, and although I find the food a bit pricey, it tastes great, and fills us up.
My son had an awesome time here. Great time for all. Adults get a free tea or coffee with entry. Kids can play while kids have fun on the slides ect. Adults remember to wear ur socks too so u can join in the fun. Great fun idea for school holidays. Great price and nice staff. Secure.
Love this place have only been once so far for my mates sons birthday and was a great day kids loved it and staff for very helpful and friendly will be going back for sure

I took my son to lollipops play land a week ago. He loves the big slide, jumping castle and the secret part as he calls it. We have been a few times and the staff are great, always friendly and helpful when ever needed. I found a screw in the baby section as i was with a friend at the time and was concerned about where it came from, a staff member looked all through the area which I was great full for. My son had a turn on the tea cup ride with he also loved. The food is great but I believe it is a little over priced for people on a budget but still an enjoyable time
We to this place for my cousins birthday and it's fantastic!
The kids just have an absolute ball, The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome the service and food is great!
I went there on my son's friend birthday party. It provided an excellent facility for birthday party and playing around. We enjoyed playing there. The staffs were very kind, too.

I visited Lollipops Springfield today expecting to have a fun day with my daughter. It looked clean, very small however &we could not get a table - however that is understandable this time of year.We waited well over an hour after ordering for a coffee, milkshake & some chicken nuggets & then my daughter wanted to have a ride on the teacups. The sign said the ride would be on at 12 midday so we waited however after 25 mins the ride had still not opened. A lady enquired if the ride would go ahead soon &the girl assured us it would. We continued to wait with many other people, many left as they got sick of waiting but my daughter had never been on that ride and she was very excited. They kept saying a few minutes, a few minutes, every time someone asked- and asured us they were coming to open the ride any minute. I was ready to walk away but my daughter really wanted to have a turn on the teacups ride & the girl assured us she was opening it and to keep waiting. I thought I have invested so much time waiting and if I stop they will start the ride as soon as I step out of the line and she will miss out. After 50 mins a lady with 3 children complained to the Manager as her children were crying waiting for the ride - we all wanted to complain and I was glad when she did- unfortunately they said they were too busy to offer the ride despite continually telling us the ride would be definitely be on in a few minutes. 1 hour standing waiting for nothing. My daughter was heartbroken as she had never been on the ride before and was really excited about it. We never got our ride and left shortly after. I understand that they were busy but they should not have kept telling everyone the ride would go ahead and then disappointed all the children. They were short staffed and it was not a happy experience!
Approximate cost: $15.00
My kids absolutely love Lollypops! I am extremely happy taking my kids there as they have a really great day and I get to have a couple of hours to myself, whilst watching them enjoy themselves. The only issue that I have is that it can get fairly expensive to take the kids there too often.
Great sanity saver for mum and dad. cool play equipment and great friendly staff. In a really easy location and always plenty of parking. Huge babies area
Staff are friendly. Cafe menu could do with a few more options. Good in that you receive a voucher for a free drink with every adult entry ($3.50). Baby play area is good as much larger than other play centres.
The children had a blast, so I guess that's the most important part. It's still a bit pricey, but the play equipment is great and you get a free drinks voucher with each adult entry. The service is slow -- often one person working the front desk and the cafe.
This play centre is new and it is excellent. For starters it is HUGE with soooo much for the kids to do. The toddlers and older kids area is very seperate. There is a Tea Cup merry-go-round ride, dress ups, cubby houses, car rides, playstations, jumping castle, a HUGE playframe with 4 slides, loads and loads of toys, push toys and rocking horses. The cafe is the best I have been to in a playland with heaps of healthy options, more cafe style food, good quality kids food and it's reasonably priced and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend a visit.
