I have used LPC on a regular basis for a few years now. My carer Ester is fabulous. She always keeps in touch advising on how my boys (2 Burmese cats) are travelling. My boys can be quite fussy but always appear happy and contented when I return home (I suspect they get lots and lots of cuddles while I am away).

I travel at different times of the year - winter and summer - and nothing is too much trouble, from putting the air conditioning on if the weather is extra hot to watering plants if required.

I am always recommending LPC to my friends and acquaintances - they are a Godsend (and extremely competitive with their pricing).

I have utilised LPC services many times in the last six months and will continue to do so. My cats really like Karen and I feel really comfortable leaving them in her care. I know they'll be talked to, fed, watered, patted, given some treats and importantly, that their litter trays will always be fresh. And I get pics of the girls, which makes me happy! Comms with the LPC office is also great; I value the responsiveness and customer orientation.

Felt very comfortable leaving out cat, Lenny with Marty while we went away for the weekend. Definitely appreciated the videos Marty sent us as it was our first trip away since we got our kitten. Will definitely be booking Marty next time we're away!!

The staff over the phone where very helpful and accommodating when making my booking, and flexible when I had to make changes to my dates. Communication via emails was clear.
Kerrie was very pleasant to deal with and took every request on board with courtesy and care. It helped that I could meet her before leaving for my trip. The daily updates kept me at ease so I could enjoy my holiday knowing Rexy was in good hands. Rexy was very happy are well cared for when I returned.
The first few days I had Kristen who, even though we had not met, I felt very comfortable having her taking care of my Rexy. As I said before the daily updates left me feeling happy and relaxed to enjoy my holiday knowing my baby was taken care of.

We have used Lonely Pets Club twice now for short holiday breaks. We have been lucky to have the same carer for our dog who took excellent care of her. The carer kept us well informed and sent photos which gave us peace of mind our dog was happy and we could enjoy our holiday.

I have been using Lonely Pets Club for many years now. We are in the Bayside areas and Paul and his wife Lili are fantastic carers for our pets when we go away. We have dogs, cats and fish and I have absolutely no qualms leaving them in Paul's hands. Paul also makes sure our garden is watered and that the house is secure in our absence. He is a gem.

I've used Lonely Pets Club for a few years now to look after my cats when I go on short breaks (2-5 days). I've had a few carers over this time and they've all been great. They do food, water, litter but also hang out for a bit to give the cats a pat and some attention. They send me text messages to let me know how the cats are going and the puss cats always seem relaxed, happy and well cared for when I get home.

Great peace of mind for great value.

Won't use again. LPC advertises itself as an organisation with employees, but isn't. Is a group of disconnected franchisees, and any issues are the responsibility of the franchisee.

Had issues with our care, due to unchanged litter which resulted in cats going elsewhere and damaging furniture. This wouldn't have happened if the carer had contacted me (I'd expressly said litter had to be changed due to picky cats and we had four other bags of litter in the house).

Then was bounced back and forth for months between franchisee and organisation for the promised payment for couch cleaning.

The issue with the care was frustrating, but accidents happen. For me the big issue was communication and unclear responsibilities between head office and franchisees.

Thank goodness for Amanda! She has taken care of my two fur babies twice now and I will continue to use her. Amanda has a special way of making you feel comfortable whilst away from your fur babies. I’m very thankful my 2 cats were well looked after.

Shinko cared for our elderly cat, Tabitha over a few days. Shinko was outstanding and by far and away the best cat carer that we have ever had.

They used to walk my dog for over 1hour and resonable price lovely girls and nice and easy i pay them i feed the dogs and i used to give extra money to them for lunch and they loved me i really enjoyed these people

This service enabled us to leave our pets in their familiar surroundings which was less stressful for them and us both.

We have been using their service for a few years now, and our kitties are very well looked after each and every time. Having four cats in the household used to mean that we cannot go on holidays for more than a day (which effectively meant no holidays, ever) but that all changed when we discovered this fantastic cat sitting service offeredby Lonely Pets Club. Now we are able to pack the bags and get away for a break, knowing the kitties will be well cared for in our own home by another cat lover while we are away. Highly recommend them to cat parents who deserve some human alone time once in a while.

Great service - have been a member for a few years and used them several times. Recently had Toula caring for my cat whilst I was away and she was keen to meet before the booking started. She was lovely and I felt confident that all would be well. Returned home to find a relaxed & happy cat, which was wonderful. Highly recommend the service and Toula.

Jess has looked after my 2 dogs & 2 cats over Christmas for a few years now. Always an excellent job. I'm happy and confident that they are being looked after well and are safe while I'm away. I love that I can leave them at home where they are comfortable, happy and with each other.

Excellent business providing quality care for our beloved animal companions in their homes. The carers are based in your local area and are animal lovers. They are security checked and the booking process is reliable and easy. The price is reasonable and this option is preferable to boarding kennels and catteries.

I have been using Lonely Pets Club for over 3 years now. I appreciate the service and the trust that my pet carer provides to me and my pet. My carer keeps me updated after each visit, and the office provide great service when I have needed to call them, including last minute bookings.
