We have used this service for the last 4 years and found it fantastic. We know that if we want to get away that our cats are taken care of. The extras that the staff offer is always an added bonus and a surprise when you come back from a holiday. Nothing is too much, collecting mail, putting out bins, even washing up. Rosemary is a fantastic career! We certainly know our cats are in great hands. Great communication from all and booking is a breeze! Thanks again Lonely Pets Club and keep up the great work.

We were absolutely delighted with our carer. She followed our instructions to the letter of the law. And most of all, she seemed to love our cats. We asked her to call us regularly from our phone to let us know that everything was ok and she did that every second day. Gave us peace of mind.

A wonderful service, I love it. My cats are never nervous or afraid when Lonely Pets Club come to cat sit. I know that when I return home I am greeted by two boys who have been well cared for and treated with love and respect. My home is safe and secure when I'm away; they collect the mail, put the bins out and bring them in, water the plants; nothing is too much trouble for the team at Lonely Pets Club and I have recommend them to all my animal loving friends. Holidays are much more fun when I know that my precious cats are happy; safe and secure in their own environment being cared for by Nick.

Absolutely the best care given to our cats. We think they would rather live with the pet carer (Nick) rather than us! We found happy and healthy cats on our return after over a week away.

Great service. I wouldn't trust my cats to be left alone with anyone else now. The staff are professional, friendly and have a real love of animals. I can tell my little fluffy friends remained happy even when we were on holidays.

We have had trouble finding boarding and other care options for Chester due to him being a guinea pig, who loves to run around the house. However whit the assistance of Lonely Pets Club we were able to enjoy our holiday with the comfort of knowing Chester was safe and well looked after. Our carer Liz took great care of him with lots of cuddles and extra treats. Having someone to collect the mail was also great.

Excellent service, very pleasant staff and they keep you informed. Our animals have always looked very contented and happy when we have returned from being away, and not just that they are happy to see us.

I think they are an excellent alternative to a cattery. Having had sick cats in the past year, it was wonderful to know my cats were safe, healthy and happy and in their own environment and also being given the medication they need.

We have used Lonely Pets Club twice now and both times, have come home to two very happy, relaxed cats. Also, having someone collect the mail and water plants while we are way is a huge help.
