I took a pair of jeans in and was ignored for about 5 minutes while I waited for service. I came back 24 hours later and the job still wasn't done - yet they refused to do it for free. The staff member insisted they would do it on the spot instead and quickly ran the hem. When I got the jeans home I found that they had made one leg shorter than the other and ruined my favourite jeans. Don't risk good clothes with this company.

Took in groomsmen suit, was quoted 3 days and paid almost $400 on the spot. A week later we went it to pick it up and it wasn't even touched. No apology, no offer if discount. Picked up the suit 3 days later, to find that instead of loosening the dress shirt button, they have tightened it to the point where it can't be done up. Had to fix it ourselves at home the night before the wedding.

Appalling customer service. Stood waiting with my two year old for over twenty minutes. We were completely ignored, yet they managed to serve the people that came in after us.

We have been going toLooksmart for years now. Enny is a darling. She has gotten to know our whole family. She can alter ANYTHING so professionally. I love getting jeans taken up by her. You will never guess they have been altered - the finish is unbeatable.
It may be a little expensive - but I think it is important to remember that her rents would be so expensive in a major shopping centre. I would rather her charge a bit more and STAY in Carindale Westfield, than to have her move out into the suburbs (not so convenient) and pay a bit less for the service.
She can have pants ready for you in 1 hour - while you have a coffee!!!!

I always come here to get my jeans taken up and am always satisfied with the workmanship. Very speedy service and generally able to pick it back up on the same day. However their service is quite expensive though.

They cut my hem skew and the hem fell apart after one use. Attendant didn't speak english and was quite rude. Way over priced! I could've done better myself!

Extremely quick and professional. I've never had clothes altered before so they made me feel reassured very quickly. They made me put my trousers on with a pair of shoes that I would be wearing and helped me determine the correct length. They were ready the next day! Seriously quick and easy!
