We chose Helen of Lowrie Kent Conveyancing based on the helpful information available on her website and a phone discussion which showed her considerable knowledge and vast day-to-day experience with conveyancing. Helen made many suggestions to save us money and protect our interests then and in the future. The contract period included several milestones and when we had questions Helen was always available to help or reassure us. We had a purchase valued at over a million dollars bought from photos on the internet. Looking back, there is nothing we would do differently. We cannot speak highly enough of Helen and we have used her again recently.
