Wouldn't bother using them again. No after sales service when things go wrong. Expensive for what they are. Not sure if they really know what they are doing. Said my automatic choke was missing but it was there all along.

Booked for service and brakes. Told me the cause of the scraping in the brakes was from a stone and the noise would eventually go away. I asked if it was safe to drive and he said and I could replace front brakes and rotors now for $800 or could wait for next service . Noise got worse and q week later took it to another mechanic who showed me the brakes and rotor and it was so bad and he told me it was not safe and was quoted $400 to do the same work .

First time used and they arrived on time, mechanic was very professional and courteous. After inspection of the car, took me through step by step what had happened and why, showing me each piece of failed component or part as he went. Had to requote on the spot and he gave me the option of ordering parts there and then and repairing the following day or leaving with me a day or two to give me the chance to get quotes. I took this option but insisted I pay for his time spent already, a call out fee if nothing else, which he politely refused. Didn't end up using them for the repair as weighed options and traded car as it was. Nonetheless received an email from them reminding me the now sold car was due for service. And that is service, to a one off customer who never actually spent a cent with them. Well done Lube mobile, you've got my future business!! The mechanic was very rude and contacted me several times to keep rescheduling. I then had a family member come as the service had been delayed so many times that I now had to go to work. My initial appointment time of 10:00 am was eventually canceled at after 3:00 pm after speaking with a rude and unapologetic mechanic and manager (Harry). I also attempted to contact them directly, with no response from the company. They offer to rectify the lack of service on their part was laughable and the manager was apathetic and unapologetic.

Following a diagnosis of a Faulty ECU. Requested a Quote for a replacement ECU to include costs and parts. Really simple other places have been able to do this. Was advised that a diagnosis and quote would cost $88. No mention of having to pay for a quote on their web site. If this is how they act when a simple request costs $88 imagine the kind of cost they will come up with to do the actual work!

i have used lube mobile several times to service my car and each time i have received punctual and good service. prices are reasonable and they even work saturdays which suit me. if i had a query about anything the mechanic did to my car, i would receive quick response by phone and any issues sorted out, very happy!

Lube Mobile empolys excellent mechanics. If there is a cost issue its with the honcho's who run it. HOWEVER...They do exactly what you want them to do, they do a great job and they come out to you and back you up if you need to claim on warranty. The price might be a little high on some jobs but I'm happy to be on the road with the kids on holidays knowing these guys are all over the country at just a phone call away. You get what you pay for. Stop complaining.

Quite disappointed with this business and would not recommend them.
The mechanic took his equipment to me as my car had broken down. Yes, he fixed the problem, but charged me $600, which I later found out from other mechanics that I could have paid $200.
