I was about to spend a weekend in Daylesford as part of my anniversary. A friend recommended that we try Lucinni's. Went in on a Friday night without a booking. We were the first ones through for dinner, so no problems at all. Loved the place. The wood fire added a nice feel to the whole place. We loved the history associated with the restaurant.

We ordered the house speciality and it was great. It has a very home cooked feel to the food which we love. The owner was there and she came out for a chat. The wine recommendation was also good.

I will definitely be back there next time I am in Daylesford.

This is a real experience. You are served in the original pasta factory from 1858 where everything is original. The application to the Australian Government to bring in equipment for making the pasta and what pasta wa - "A nutritional snack made from flour!". The food is brilliant and on a saturday night they do karaoke and talk about the history of the place with the 5th generation of the family, Maria, still running the show. Great night out for both food and ambience.
