The quoted price on my job was pretty high for a basic job but I was in a hurry so I accepted it. We trustingly paid cash (NO RECEIPT PROVIDED) and left them to install the doors and close the door on the way out. When we went back to check the job they had put the wrong colour tracking in. I phoned to advise of error and they stated it was not their mistake and hung up on me. I called back, they did not answer the phone. I called later from a different phone. They answered and then hung up on me again when I asked them to correct the error. They expected me to pay $80 for the new tracking. I had booked them to quote on two other larger jobs ... have since cancelled. They would not fix their error for the sake of $80.00.
