Believe me, the service is much better now (2010-2011) than a few years ago... My experience is that now problems get fixed within a day or so and they know what they are doing, a few years ago it used to take ages and it was hit-and-miss. The improvement in professionalism was both needed and appreciated. 10 years ago I wouldn't have recommended them but now I would.

Friendly to deal with first off then they deliver the ozzie kleen dont put it in the hole. They the phone when you call but you don't get a call back even after 3 calls to the guys. I had other to get done too.
